Our 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is located in Ponce Inlet which is between Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach. The condo is fully stocked with almost everything you will need for a comfortable and stress-free stay. By law, Ponce Inlet requires guests to stay a minimum of one month. There are no hotels in Ponce Inlet. Ponce Inlet is a quaint, quiet and beautiful town full of pristine no-drive beaches, waterfront restaurants, marinas and sidewalks for biking, walking and skating. Ponce Inlet is a great choice for a quiet and relaxing retreat after visiting the attractions of Orlando and Daytona Beach.
The condo is around 10 years old and is in excellent condition in a well-maintained and gated community known as "The Towers at Ponce Inlet." There are 6 Towers and our unit is in Tower #6 which is next to the tennis courts and a public park. We benefit from being next to the public park because the County provides a lifeguard on the beach. We are located across the street from Harbour Village which offers a marina, golf, tennis and a restaurant. Racing's North Turn restaurant is next door also offers casual beachfront dining with live entertainment.
