Minimum 2 night stay with weekends (Fri-Sat nights) NOT split.
Whenever possible, your requested days will be considered. All rentals are subject to the 10% Placer County Transient Occupancy Tax.
To reserve rental dates, a deposit of approximately one-third (1/3) of the total fee (rental plus Tax) ASAP. This deposit may be refunded IF another renter can be found and/or applied to another reservation. Credit cards NOT accepted. Balance is due 14 days in advance of stay.
4:00 pm check-in and 11:00 am check-out times. Easy to follow check-out with cleaning service included in rental fee.
