Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin. The view is amazing! It was the perfect place for our families from Orofino, Lewiston, Cascade & Maryland to meet and catch up on everything new. The paintings are beautiful as well. Thank you again.

We celebrated our parent’s 50th wedding anniversary here. Such a beautiful setting and home. At times we had all 6 kids, 4 spouses and 26 of the 31 grandkids here. Why not add a couple of boyfriends? We had a great time enjoying this beautiful country and being together. Thanks for the memories. It was a great time for Dad & Mom.

---Every year my husband and I try to plan a weekend where all of our children and grandchildren can be together. It gets harder every year to find the perfect place because our family keeps growing! Our Idaho gang now totals 16 including toddlers and two infants. The Windancer was perfect! It allowed all of us to be together, cook together, eat together, & most importantly play together. We had planned on going to a sledding hill for a few hours and were trying to figure out how to handle the babies, how to let the older kids stay as long as they wanted, while letting the toddlers quit when they were ready to quit. Imagine our surprise when we looked out the window early the first morning and realized that the cabin has its own amazing slope that made the perfect sledding hill! It was great! We had a blast! And when people were cold they just watched from the cabin. Thank you for allowing us to use you your wonderful home. The Beck family.

I had a great time. It is awesome how we have our own sledding hill right outside of the cabin. This is a very wonderful place. We had 16 including babies. We hope that we can come again.

----There were 13 of us total staying at your beautiful cabin. We came from Winnemucca NV and Meridian, Idaho… We celebrated our family Christmas and rang in the New Year. This is such a perfect place for our family to be together. And the sledding hill along the side of the house was great fun for everyone! We especially appreciated the wildlife art work. Thank you so much for opening your cabin to us. We look forward to coming back in the future.

-----Wow! What a great place to stay and play! We started planning our family reunion over a year ago. We originally planned on camping, however, the thought of running a camp with 15 people & cooking out of doors soon lost its appeal. We went online and looked at several locations. Windancer Lodge was the best pick and closest to the things we wanted to do. We loaded up the dirt bikes and ATV’s and headed out from Nampa to the mountains. We met up with other family from Washington. When we first pulled up we thought the cabin would be way too small for all 13 of us, since we were only seeing the front view. WOW! We were amazed when we opened the front door! After picking rooms and unpacking, we hit the lake. We wakeboarded some of the best water we have ran all year. Then we sat up until 2 in the am telling stories . Saturday we woke up to some wind, so we hit the ATV trails. That afternoon some of us went on a hike up West mountain. Once they made it to the lake the kids stripped down to birthday suits and went swimming. Sunday it rained most of the day, but that made for great riding conditions. Once we were rained out from riding we went to Gold Fork Hot Springs to relax. In the evening we played cards and games. Thanks for the memories and sharing your home.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. With four “couples” it was very comfortable having a big kitchen and living room. It’s been so very enjoyable. While here we have seen soo!!! much snow! It has been so exciting and different for us, being from Arizona. The highlight of our trip was your tubing hill, on the north side of the cabin. (No broken bones!) --The Studs

We really enjoyed our stay! What a large and comfortable cabin. We love the pool table and also enjoyed playing games around your large round kitchen table. It was so fun to have room for all of us. The only thing missing was the snow. We came from Mountain Home in hopes of a white Christmas, but you can’t control the weather. It is snowing now as we leave. We wish we could stay longer.

What a great place for a mini-family reunion! Our gathering included relatives from California, Oregon, Washington & Idaho. We ate, boated, ate, hiked, ate, bicycled, ate, water-rafted, and ate. Windancer Lodge was perfect with the large, convenient kitchen and living room, bedrooms and outside fireside gathering area. Thank you for allowing us to use your vacation home. We especially enjoyed the original artwork. Happy Summer! What with one large family it would be a long time in the future before we could afford a retreat home as beautiful as this. Thanks to your gracious heart and willingness to share, we were able to enjoy the beauty and serenity of this town and the amazing view right outside the front door. Thank you for a wonderful couple of days in the comfort of your cabin. Eugene & Dori, Boise, ID

BerryHill & Co. Special Events Catering:You have a lovely place and certainly adequate to accommodate a group. We are in Cascade catering a wedding. After long days of “setup” the wedding day and reception night, then the following”strike the set day”, it’s very nice knowing we have such a place as the WINDANCER to return to. My staff for this event thank you. We have over fifty people in all putting this even on and staying throughout McCall and Cascade. Cheers! Come visit us at Berryhill & Co Café and Wine Bar or the Shakespeare Café the next time you are in Boise.
