We are very proud to offer our nearly new custom home on Breckenridge Mountain. The house was completed in the fall of 2008. It was specifically designed by a lifetime skier for skiers and snowboarders, although even people who don't ski fall in love with this house. Ski home for lunch or to pick up extra gear when it gets cold out. Hang out in the hot tub or watch a movie with your friends in the great room. The house is filled with windows and these bring the beauty of the colorado mountains inside with you. You will love the time you spend here.
The house has two MASTER SUITE RETREATS, each with king-size or queen size beds, LCD televisions, and private luxury bathrooms. This makes the home perfect for two couples and their kids, but there is enough space to sleep 14 people. Each of the master baths has a soaker tub big enough for two and large showers with multiple shower heads. The first floor has a spacious bunk room with walk in closet, a large den and a great mudroom. The den includes a 52 inch LCD TV, leather sleeper sectional, a Play Station console, pool table, and a full bar with ice-maker, refrigerator and custom cabinets with stained glass windows. It's a great spot for apres ski. The mudroom has multiple benches for putting on your boots, and plenty of storage for coats, caps, helmets gloves and shoes.
On the main floor is the massive greatroom with floor to ceiling windows and 30 foot wood ceilings . It also includes fantastic chef's kitchen with granite counters, Viking stove top, a two drawer dishwasher, and a large built in refrigerator. There is a formal custom solid wood dining table that seats 10 which is great for dinners, card playing, and puzzles. A huge comfortable leather couch that easily seats 10 surrounds the custom rock fireplace and another built-in LCD TV. There is a large DVD collection with over 100 titles. In case you want to just grab a quick bite on the way to fresh powder, we have a large granite island with custom bar stools to enjoy. Natural slate floors with radiant heating throughout our home is a must in the mountains. If you have never experienced radiant heat then you’re in for a treat. Leave your clothes on the floor overnight, and you wake up with toasty clothing in the morning. No more forced heated air or baseboard heat. Lutron lighting and more amazing features make this a home you’ll never want to leave.
We are located on over half an acre with a paved driveway and a two car heated garage. We have a gentleman who snowplows any time we have four inches of snow or greater. The good news is that you do not need your car to go skiing. We have a private trail off of Trygve’s Run directly to the front door.
Finally, this is most definitely a “NON-SMOKING” property. This means no smokers at the house, even if you want to smoke outside.

We have rented this amazing house for the last 3 years for an annual "guys" trip to Breckenridge. We are never disappointed. The house is in a perfect location. Just a short walk up the street to Tryves Run and then ski down to the base of peak 8. You can ski right back to the house at the end of the day. The house itself is immaculate. The owners have given thought to every detail, from the custom cabinetry in the ski room, to the soaring great room with its wall of windows, to the radiant heat floors, and the bar in the billards room. If you've found this house, there is no need to look further. For food, we've had a chef come in each of the last two years. And while one of our favorite restaurants in Breckenridge is the Blue River Bistro, on this most recent trip, we found a couple of new restaurants that we would also recommend. Try Modis for some interesting eclectic fair, and also South Ridge Seafood Grill for some excellent seafood dishes. We're already looking forward to the next trip in 2013.

Wonderful home just steps away from Peak 8. Home has lots of great space--the downstairs game room with the attached bunk room and full bath is a great place for the kids. There were nine of us in our party (2 families), and we never felt cramped--the 2 master suites are a definite plus! It is obvious that the owners spend time at this house as there are many touches you wouldn't find in a house that is purely a rental property. Overall, a wonderful home in a beautiful setting!!
