We are proud to offer our newly built custom home on Breckenridge Mountain. Our home, completed in the fall of 2008, has very desirable TWO MASTER SUITE RETREATS, each with private luxury bathrooms, king-size or queen size beds, and LCD televisions-great for multiple families.
Our home also has a spacious bunk room, a separate media room with a large LCD TV, large leather couch, a Play Station console, pool table, and a full bar with ice-maker and custom stain glass windows. A great spot for apres ski. Our great room boast 30 foot high wood ceilings. We have a fantastic chef's kitchen with granite counters, Viking stove top, two dishwasher drawers, and a large built in refrigerator. There is a formal custom solid wood dining table that seats 10, great for dinners, card playing, puzzles.
A huge comfortable leather couch that easily seats 10 surrounds the custom rock fireplace and another built-in LCD TV with a large DVD collection and movie channels. In case you want to just grab a quick bite on the way to fresh powder, we have a large granite island with custom bar stools to enjoy. It’s also a great place to sit and enjoy the cooks company, or while enjoying the views from the beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Natural slate floors with radiant heating throughout our home is a must in the mountains. If you have never experienced radiant heat, you’re in for a treat. Leave your clothes on the floor overnight, and you wake up with toasty clothing in the morning. No more forced heated air or baseboard heat. Lutron lighting, and more amazing features make this a home you’ll never want to leave.
We are located on over half an acre with a paved driveway and a two car heated garage. We have a gentleman who snowplows any time we have a four inch snow or greater. The good news is you do not need your car to go skiing. We have a private trail off of Trygve’s Run directly to the front door and our large mud room with custom cabinetry to store all your skis, boards, boots, and exterior clothing.
Finally, we are a definite “NON-SMOKING” property.
