Our property is a no-smoking, no shoe, non-party atmosphere and you will be required to sign and respect our very detailed lease. If you don't like these rules, PLEASE do not rent our home!! Maximum 19 people + a baby or two, no exceptions. Minimum 4 night stay throughout the year, 6 or 7 night minimums apply over the holidays.

As you head south out of town, you immediately feel the solitude of the area with no stop lights, very little traffic, beautiful lakes and mountain scenery at every turn. The majority of Summer hikes close to Breckenridge are on this side of town, there is private fishing and canoeing at Tarn Lake, and we truly enjoy the peace and quiet of our home as the property backs to National Forest.

The peace and quiet we enjoy while in our home with no traffic and no road noise. The endless activities that make Summit County such a wonderful place to visit and live! We have a very large deck off the front of the house that is terrific in the summertime to enjoy the views of Quandary Mountain, the only 14,000+ mountain in all of Summit County. Our view is arguably one of the best in the entire county!! We have a large BBQ on this deck, so whether it be summer or winter, it's a pleasure to cook outside! We also have a deck and stone patio off the back of the house where the 7 person hot tub is located....you still get some great views and complete privacy! From our back deck, you can simply put on your hiking boots, snow shoes or cross country ski gear and enjoy direct access to literally millions of acres of National Forest!
