View of the slopes from the Living room - Denver, CO - Colorado Condo Rental - Better than a Hotel! A cozy, comfortable condominium with a great view of the slopes from the living room and master bedroom and a peaceful view into the forest from the dining area. It is very conveniently located within a quarter mile from the ski area and an easy walk. The FREE shuttle bus to the lifts and the town stops right in front of the building (wk-ends), 1 1/2 blocks (wk-days). The living room couch is a new hide-a-bed with 7" inner-spring mattress, plus there is a fold-up mattress in the bedroom closet for a small person - for a total of seven sleeping places. It is a well equipped condo with the conveniences of home. We offer our full size season ski locker at the ski area (West Portal Station) for our guests to leave their skis. The combination to that will be sent with the map and key. Credit cards only accepted for reservations within 15 days of ck in. Refundable Damage Deposit of $200 to hold reservation. Refunds made upon return of key and no damage or excess cleaning. Lost key fee is $20.
