A cozy, comfortable condominium with a great view of the slopes from the living room and master bedroom and a peaceful view into the forest from the dining area. It is very conveniently located in Olde Town Winter Park, less than one-half mile from the ski area and an easy walk. The FREE shuttle bus to the lifts and the town stops right in front of the building (holidays,wk-ends), 1 long block (wk-days).
The living room couch is a hide-a-bed with 7" inner-spring mattress, so no one has to "sleep on the bar." Plus, there is a fold-up mattress in the bedroom closet for a small person - for a total of seven sleeping places. It is a well equipped condo with the conveniences of home. Wireless internet is now available.
We offer our full size season ski locker at the ski area (West Portal Station) for our guests to leave their skis. The combination to that will be sent with the map and key.
Credit cards only accepted for reservations within 30 days of ck in. Refundable Damage Deposit of $200 to hold reservation. Refunds made upon return of key and no damage or excess cleaning. Lost key fee is $20. Good internet locator is with maps.google and the address 780 Winter Park Dr., Winter Park, CO 80482 (mapquest doesn't work.)

The key is enclosed, we enjoyed our stay at the condo and in Winter Park. Will definitely consider coming back.
