Spend your summer vacation with the kids at the shore on Long Beach Island. Shelling, swimming, biking. Walk a few blocks to restaurants, take-out, pizza, and shopping. Our guest house is a vintage "Knotty Pine Cottage" with updated tiled floors, carpeted bedrooms, kitchen appliances, living room furnishings and central air conditioning.
The cottage is on a sunny corner lot with lots of breezes. It has fans in all of its bright sunlit rooms. The Master Bedroom has a private bath. All beds have new mattresses and bedding. The dining room, with windows on three sides, is a perfect spot for grownups and children to hang out and play games. With all of its rooms on one floor, this is a perfect summer place for a young family.

The Unique Benefits of this House
We bought the bungalow when our three children were toddlers. We loved the area, the beach up the road and lots of places to walk or bike to - even a boat rental place. It was all on one floor, simple with youngsters and simple to maintain. When the kids were in high school, we decided to buy something larger to better accommodate a zillion friends. While we were into the benefits of the change, we were unable to give up the place where we made so many good memories. So, we've kept our bungalow and when their time comes our kids can re-experience the Shore of their memories with their own toddlers.
