ZEST at Sterling Breeze is the place for a week or a weekend on "The World's Most Beautiful Beach" when convenience, luxury and privacy is your objective. This beautiful beach front deluxe efficiency suite combines the luxury of a fine hotel and the convenience of a well appointed condominium.

Guests staying at ZEST will be treated to high end furnishings, luxurious plush linens, a unique tray ceiling, mood lighting, natural stone floors, a private enclosed entry and an intimate balcony with exciting views day or night. Convenience is an important feature of ZEST. The fully furnished kitchen, task lighting, large closet, comfortable seating, television, stereo, VCR/DVD player, security monitored parking garage with sky bridge are some of the convenience features our guests enjoy.

Regardless of the time of year, guests enter ZEST from the private, enclosed walkway. Once, inside, you are greeted by the cheerful kitchen, complete with cafe' seating, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee pot plus food preparation and serving utensils. The balcony, off the kitchen provides an exciting view west during the day or night. ZEST is decorated in the tropical colors of orange, lemon and lime. The colors continue throughout the luxurious suite. As you proceed through the climate controlled suite, prepare to be impressed by the beautiful king size bedroom.

In addition to the rich fabrics and bright colors of ZEST, bold shades of bronze and brown are now infused to the color scheme. This is set off by the exotic inverted tray ceiling. Mood lighting emanates from the room creating a private, relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a comfortable easy chair and a large, HD television with VCR/DVD convenience. In addition to striking art work over the bed, windows provide a nice northern view to the lake. Walk through the lounge from the king size bedroom to the sparkling clean, well lit full bathroom.

Sterling Breeze offers many of the finest amenities, including: a pool side cafe where guests can pick up refreshments, light meals and beverages, pool side WiFi, whirlpool saunas, an exotic tropical swimming pool that is heated, an exercise spa and a spacious tropical sun deck with lighted paths over the sea oats to the white sandy beach and aquamarine gulf water. With advance notice, we can help guests arrange to receive a facial or massage in the privacy of ZEST.

We are pleased to provide a continental breakfast for all of the registered guests of ZEST during their first morning with us.
