'Ramsgate by the Sea' are 3 popular Seagrove Beach GULF-FRONT townhomes in a charming four-plex overlooking the white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf. These homes sit 'On The Beach' and are located in front of the Summer's Edge neighborhood, just 2 miles from Seaside... same gorgeous beach at half the cost! Each home has its own large deck overlooking the water with direct, easy access to the beach... simply walk out your living room and down your steps!
Each of the 3 Townhomes sleeps 2-7 people... perfect for a family or two couples. Need more room? Rent two or three of our homes! There's even a connecting door between two of them making it perfect for larger gatherings.

On the first floor, the Pottery Barn living area has a large TV, sleeper sofa and two comfy chairs as well as a 3rd bathroom. The well equipped Full kitchen even has a great view of the water.
The second floor of each unit features a master bedroom with a King-size bed, TV, private bath and its OWN small balcony overlooking the Gulf. Fall asleep to the sound of the surf! The second, smaller bedroom have a Queen-size bed as well as a set of built-in bunk beds and a full private bath.
Each of these townhomes sleep a maximum of 7 poeple: 1 King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds (bunks) and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. (3 bathrooms in all)
'Ramsgate by the Sea' is in a great location in Seagrove Beach (not Seacrest) near Eastern Lake and in front of the Summer's Edge neighborhood.
After a lazy day at the beach, walk just 50 feet behind you to the 2 Summer's Edge community pools for more fun.(one is heated) Relaxing on your large gulf-front deck and watching the sunset is the perfect end to a perfect day. There's even covered parking to help keep your car cool for those short trips to the seafood market
There are 18 miles of bicycle paths, state parks, golf courses and nearby Eastern Lake known for great fishing and crabbing. Great nearby restaurants and shops in Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Destin make these gorgeous townhomes the Ideal Vacation Location!
