Spacious 1 BR condo that easily slept family of 4 and allowed for ample living space too. Condo has all the necessary amenities and the pool/hot tubs were fun for the kids and adults. Easy walk to Main Street and the restaurants/shopping. Highly recommend Christy's Sports within the condo building - grab your skis and boots at the store in the morning and an easy stroll to Quicksilver lift. Thanks for letting us stay in your condo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I recommend this lovely condo - it is just moments from the lift and is surrounded by ski hire options, it really couldn't be easier ! It's a 5 minute stroll to Main Street too We used the condo as a base - as well as Breck, we skied in Vail, Copper and Keystone - it's location made this all easy The owner was very helpful, easy to deal with and provided lots of information on booking and followed this up with regular communication as our holiday came closer - nothing was too much trouble and he answered our questions very quickly . If you like cooking - this is the condo for you, the kitchen has everything but if you like eating out try the Hearthstone which we enjoyedRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

What is shown by the owner is all there. I would highly recommend this unit. It was impeccably clean and comfortable. As a person who has been skiing 37 years, I have seen my share of places. The person who slept on the Murphy bed said it was as comfortable as his bed at home. The owner of the unit was a pleasure to deal with, and provided a thorough email of local restaurants...etc. Getting in and out was simple. Part of that was the accessibility of the owner. Alll questions/concerns were addressed in a timely fashion.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Each condo at Breckenridge is individually owned, so comments regarding the interior of units should be considered only if reviewing a review for a specific unit, and you should get details of the unit you are considering before renting it. Large property managers have “pools” of units by type, so it can be difficult to get specifics of the unit you will be renting unless you deal with owners directly. Also, there is no “resort charge” at the Village at Breckenridge, so if you are charged one, this is assessed by your property manager and should be considered part of the rent. The exterior of the complex was recently renovated. The underground parking is very convenient, and is connected to the condos by an elevator, so you don’t have to go outside when commuting between the condo and your car. It is great to be able to work out in the fitness center, relax in the heated indoor/outdoor pool or outdoor hot-tub, then return to your condo via the underground parking garage. In the case of Unit 2406, the owner was very responsive and pleasant to deal with, and the unit was exactly as described and as it appears in the pictures on VRBO listing 208681. The location of the condo is absolutely unbeatable, and the unit has recently been upgraded with flat screen TVs, and a large very comfortable king-size bed (along with a Murphy bed, day beds and a pull out queen sleeper sofa). The condo has a wood-burning fireplace, and outdoor wraparound deck with a BBQ grill. The view from the balcony and picture window is lovely, and the location is a very short walk to Main Street, and next door to the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. The swimming pool and outdoor hot tubs can be reached easily through the underground parking garage. I would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family stated at this condo in January 2012. The owner was very responsive and pleasant to deal with and gave good recommendations to us for restaurants which we used. The unit is exactly as described and as it appears in the pictures. The location of the condo is absolutely unbeatable. The location is a very short walk to the Maggie and the lift at the base of Peak 9 and to ski school to drop off the kids. The condo is also close to Main Street and the restaurants and shops. The condo is nicely updated and clean and the view from the balcony and picture window is lovely. The swimming pool and outdoor hot tubs are in a separate building but can be reached easily through the underground parking. I would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My partner and I stayed at this condo from January 4th to January 14th 2012. Firstly, the owner Mike was extremely helpful. Providing great communication and service through out the whole booking and chek in period. He even gave me great tips on Breckenridge, restaurants, rentals etc.. which was extremely valuable given I had not been there before. The condo really exceeded our expectations. It looked as good if not better than the photos and was extremely clean. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was warm, extremely comfortable and the additional extras like the big plasma screens, grill on the deck, fireplace etc... really make it an enjoyable stay. The bedroom was fantastic with a huge bed, fantastic mattress and a day bed. The murphy bed in the living room is alsy great if you want additional people in the condo (we did not use). Mike also ensured stock of certain items such as firewood and cleaning products which was very nice. The condo is in a fantastic location. Can pretty much throw a rock from the balcony to the ski lift and the access underground to the pool and hot tub is great. Its mountain location is the best at the base of peak 9 as during the day it is close to off mountain restaurants and pubs for lunch. This also means at night you are close to all the night life and main street which is really convenient when you do not have a car. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants a fantastic vacation in an up to date cozy well maintained condo with great service and location. It really made my ski mountain experience one of the best I have ever had. Keep up the good work Mike!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
