Very friendly and helpful owner. This is a great home with comfortable beds and convenient laundry room. The outdoor space is well kept and easy to use. While the cottage does have stairs, access to the beach and local stores is easy for young children and older adults. Homeowner is making many new improvements and upgrades so enjoy your stay!

Me and my husband and another couple just returned home from a fantastic vacation at this beautiful home. I can honestly say that the information and pictures displayed are very accurate, but seeing everything in person was even better. First of all, the owner couldn't have been more easy to work with and answered all questions very quickly. The home is in a very peaceful neighborhood right across from the beach - a very short walk. It has everything you will need for your time there and plenty of room. It would have very comfortably accomodated two more couples, or children. We loved the decks and especially enjoyed time in the rockers reading a book or dining outside. The large screen tv was also a big hit. A bonus was all of the beach chairs, bikes, etc. that were there for our use. It's a great area for a refreshing bike ride. It was our first time at Sunset Beach and we loved the fact that it was such a family oriented and peaceful location, yet only 30 minutes to more action if you choose to venture out to Myrtle Beach. We truly look forward to staying here again! Thanks so much Dean and family for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home for our beach vacation!!!

I hate to sound like the other reviewer but our vacation at the Graham Sport was absolutely perfect. The house was very nice and comfortable with AC and wireless internet to stay connected to the world but close to the beach to get away from it all. We had a wonderful week of early morning walks on the beach having our breakfast on the deck, wow! I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. The owners of the Graham Sport were great and helpful. Thanks!

Just got home from a wonderful beach vacation.....The house was PERFECT !!....I can honestly say there was not one thing wrong, I have never rented a beach house before and was a little worried, but the owner was easy to talk to and made everything easy. We will most definitely stay here again !!!
