Finished in 2008, our three story, 3,400 square foot townhouse is located across from Deer Valley’s Deer Crest gondola in the Shores at Stillwater. Our designer furnished home has a main floor master bedroom suite. The townhouse has fabulous views of the Jordanelle Lake and the slopes at Deer Valley which only a few homes in the area possess. If you are seeking a spacious townhouse, a great location, at a great price then this is the place for you! There are six flat screen TV's, four of which are located in each of the bedrooms. Each is equipped with Satellite TV and a DVD player. Three of the four bedrooms have delightful gas fireplaces with self-timers. There should not be a worry that you, the occupant, will feel a chill because there is central heating throughout the house.

Our townhouse is great for two families to share because we have two full kitchens, two dining room tables, two living rooms, two washers and dryers on the lower and main floors. The main floor kitchen has custom cabinetry, upgraded appliances, Wolf Range stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and granite counter tops. There is also no shortage of places to relax because three of the four bath tubs are jetted, complimented by a private Jacuzzi for eight people on the outdoor patio.

Our townhouse is ideal because of its close proximity to the lifts, lake, and other various outdoor activities. The location offers pristine beauty and peacefulness. However, if you are the more adventurous type, there are no limits to what you can do. If you desire a beautiful drive and boundless amounts of outdoor activities, the Uinta Wilderness is a great destination. Perhaps you are more interested in the quaint Main Street of Park City with its many restaurants that can be accessed with a short drive. The Shores at Stillwater is adjacent to the Park City Resort/Deer Valley Resort and the Jordanelle Lake (closest development to the lake) with the Uinta National forest as its backdrop.

Year Purchased: 2008

We are a family of six, make that seven skiers (we just added a daughter-in-law to our fold). We love the outdoors, and we love to travel, but we feel like we are at home when we come to Utah and to Deer Valley.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes

After skiing in Deer Valley a long time, we purchased our condo on the quiet side of the mountain. The view of the lake and surrounding mountains is incredible and we are actually closer to the ski resort than many of the homes on the north/west side of the resort. We also like that we are closer to other outdoor activities, including fishing, sledding, snow snowmobiling, and scenic drives.
