of $250 for 2 wks,$500 for four wks, prime time $500. Balance due 30
days before stay. Pay by cashiers check, bank draft or money order.
Calling card must be used for long distance calls. Keys will be
mailed 2-3 weeks before your stay. CHECK-IN time 3:00PM & out 10 AM.
Rates same for 2011 & 2012. Register at managers office in garage.

My husband and I rented this condo for 2 weeks. We brought along our 12 year old granddaughter.We loved it. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beach was great for shelling. We watched dolphins from the beach also. We would definitely rent from Evelyn again. Thank you so much.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

Rented this condo because I did not want a loud hotel with slamming doors or worrying about where to hide valuables when maids come in. It was very quiet and peaceful. People next to our condo were very nice. I really enjoyed the beach. I thought I would not like the sand dunes but it was enjoyable to walk across, the sand was so soft and did not burn my feet. The beds were comfortable. The listing and pictures were accurate. The pool was heated. I would recommend this to family and definetly stay there again!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Stayed here last March 2008 and we loved it. The view was beautiful. The condo was extremely clean. Location was quiet. The lagoon was actually very nice, and the beach offered great shelling. We love staying on the south end of FMB. The trolley makes everything very convenient to get to. Evelyn was very pleasant and easy to work with. We would go back in a heartbeat. I definately recommend to everyone of all ages. Karl & Jackie
