Minimum stay 2 weeks. Rates are May 1-Dec 14 2010 $800/one week,
Dec 15-April 30 $1300 for one week; Tenant pays after-stay
cleaning of $100. No credit cards accepted for payment.
Deposit of $250 for 2 weeks and $500 for four weeks. Balance due 30
days before stay. Pay by cashiers check, bank draft or money order.
Calling card must be used for long distance calls. Keys will be
mailed 2-3 weeks before your stay. Under-building unloading area.
Plentiful parking outside. Must register at managers office.
