Gulf coast property located at the new Sienna on the Coast condominium complex. The condo is #607 on the sixth floor with perfect western views of the sunset and it directly faces the Gulf of Mexico. It is 1,854 square feet of luxury.

Sienna is the newest condo complex in Gulfport/Biloxi, just completed in May of 2007. It is located in the heart of Gulport's coastline on Beach Drive, and is currently the only condominium in this area for 4.5 miles to the West and 3.0 miles to the East. This condo was just furnished for rental in October of 2008.
Spacious interior with excellent amenities including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the chef ready kitchen. There is also a walk-in pantry and a built in wet bar with any type of glassware you might need for mixing the perfect drink.
New ceramic tile was put down in the spring of 2011 replacing the carpet. The condo was also painted during this renovation.
Beach style furnishings are comfortable and inviting. Great views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, that has access from the living room and master bedroom. The entertainment center contains a 32" LCD TV with DVD player.
The master bedroom has a spacious king size bed and well appointed bath. This bedroom also has a 32" LCD TV with DVD player. The second bedroom boasts a queen size bed and private bath. It also has a flat screen TV with DVD player and a west-facing floor to ceiling window. The third bedroom contains two twin beds, an adjacent bath accessible from the bedroom and hallway and a flat screen TV. The pull out sofa in the main living area is a queen size bed as well. The unit can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. All linens are provided.
The dining area seats six comfortably with two extra chairs, so a total of eight can be accommodated at the table. The bar has seating for an additional three.
A full size washer and dryer are located in the huge utility room for your use and convenience.
Cable TV is available in every room.
Internet is provided via secure wireless router. (WEP key provided for all guests)
Close to the casinos in Gulfport and Biloxi, it is also located just minutes from the Gulfport/Biloxi International Airport. Emeril's newest restaurant is located due West on West Beach Boulevard, and the food is delicious.
I will attempt to beat ANY other offer out there. This condo is one of the nicest on the coast. Don't take my word for it; see what my previous guests had to say!

Thanks so much for sharing your home. Three couples stayed in your home during the Cruise the Coast week. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The condo is very roomy even for 6 people. The weather was absolutely gorgeous. No clouds or rain for 10 whole days. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week here!! The condo was perfect for us....we all had our own space PLUS! Rob worked with my brother-in-law to set this up for us and was very attentive to detail. Everything was very clean! We enjoyed dinner at Aunt Jenny's in Biloxi and a day trip to New Orleans made it even more special! The patio view of the Gulf was gorgeous from which to watch the sun rise and set every evening. Thank you so much for a relaxing week!!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean and everything was as advertised. Rob was a joy to work with, and was very flexible with us. We had to unexpectedly stay an extra night, and he was very accomodating. We could picture ourselves retiring in a place like this! I cannot say enough good things about this whole vacation experience. First class all the way.

Rob, From our first step into your lovely condo, we felt peacefully at home. It was lovely, comfortable, convenient--it was everything we hoped for and more! Thank you so much for sharing it with our family. It was the perfect place to spend some quality, relaxation time with our son before he deployed to Kuwait. Being from Oklahoma, we all never tired of looking out the huge windows to the magnificent view of the gulf. We had breakfast on the balcony every day! What a treat for us to watch and hear the waves as we ate breakfast! The condo was very spacious,clean, and totally well-equipped! We all had plenty of room and everything we needed. You have done a great job with it! We hope to visit again someday and we hope you will be able to visit our vacation rentals in Branson some time. Thank you again!! Brenda and Charles and family

The perfect location and the perfect accommodations! Gulfport was wonderful. Not the overcrowded tourist trap like other popular beach destinations. We were there the week of the 4th of July and couldn't have asked for a more relaxing, enjoyable time. The condo was by far the best. Once there, we went and looked at some of the other condos that we had originally inquired about and were confident that we made the right choice by staying at the Sienna. Rob was great to work with and everything exceeded our expectations. Our children range in age from 3 to 18 and everyone had an equally fantastic time. We will definitely return!

Well another year and another wonderful time had at this beautiful condo. Love it love it love it cannot wait for next year. Thanks Rob and Amy for sharing your wonderful condo with us again. Kudos to Andy the night watchman and everyone who works at the condo they are all fabulous too. Our only regret is that we had to go home. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay look no more this is it we cannot wait till next year, just need to look into staying longer.

We had an AWESOME stay here at this beautiful condo. Plenty of room for the kids to have their own space. The property was well maintained, front desk was wonderful. Guests staying at this property made each other feel right at home. I'm trying to get back again, but looks like it will have to be in August or September due to being booked up. This condo was perfect!!! Beautiful location on the beach with a fantastic view. Plenty of room for our family: 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. The owners were always available and very accomodating. We would come back to visit in a heartbeat.

This condo is everything the pictures make it out to be and more! This condo provided ample space for my husband and I, our 4 year and 4 week old, and both sets of grandparents. You will not be cramped for space! The owners do an excellent job of keeping the place welcoming and loaded with anything you could need. The balcony provided many good times and excellent views! Don't let being across the street from the beach dissuade you...you barely notice it and it is very easy to cross. The amenities at this building provided endless hours of activities. The indoor pool was nice to have since a couple of our days were too windy to enjoy the beach or outdoor pool. This building is in the perfect location... a little ways away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to enjoy the convenience of restaurants and stores. Overall, we had an excellent experience. The condo and building were amazing and the owners were extremely accommodating and helpful. I fully recommend this condo to anyone looking for above average accommodations in the Biloxi/Gulfport area.

My sisters and I had the pleasure of staying here for a short getaway vacation with our 90 year old mother. There was a miscommunication between the owner and the housekeeper, so when we arrived, the condo hadn't been cleaned. I called Rob immediately and within an hour, he had his housekeeper at the condo cleaning the bathrooms and sheets, etc. for us. With many sincere apologies. He was totally professional, totally making our stay right for us. Very, very impressive service. The next day, the housekeeper, Ruby, had our condo sparkling. This place is beautiful. I would certainly stay here again or at any other property owned by Rob! I've never rented a place like this before and my experience with this , even with a problem, was FABULOUS. Rent this beautiful condo. You'll love it. And if there's anything--ANYTHING--wrong, Rob will bend over backwards to help make it right. Just a wonderful experience!
