Gulf coast property located at the brand new Sienna on the Coast condominium complex. The condo is #607 on the sixth floor with perfect western views of the sunset and it directly faces the Gulf of Mexico. It is 1,854 square feet of luxury.

Sienna is a new construction, condominium complex, just completed in May of 2007. It is located in the heart of Gulport's coastline on Beach Drive, and is currently the only condominium in this area for 4.5 miles to the West and 3.0 miles to the East. This condo was just furnished for rental in October of 2008.

Spacious interior with excellent amenities including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the chef ready kitchen. There is also a walk-in pantry and a built in wet bar with any type of glassware you might need for mixing the perfect drink.

Beach style furnishings are comfortable and inviting. Great views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, that has access from the living room and master bedroom. The entertainment center contains a 32" LCD TV with DVD player.

The master bedroom has a spacious king size bed and well appointed bath. This bedroom also has a 32" LCD TV with DVD player. The second bedroom boasts a queen size bed and private bath. It also has a 27" TV with DVD player and a west-facing floor to ceiling window. The third bedroom contains two twin beds, an adjacent bath accessible from the bedroom and hallway and a 27" TV. The pull out sofa in the main living area is a queen size bed as well. The unit can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. All linens are provided.

The dining area seats six comfortably with two extra chairs, so a total of eight can be accommodated at the table. The bar has seating for an additional three.

A full size washer and dryer are located in the huge utility room for your use and convenience.

Satellite TV is available in every room.

Internet is provided via broadband ethernet connection and/or secure wireless router. (WEP key provided for all guests)

Close to the casinos in Gulfport and Biloxi, it is also located just minutes from the Gulfport/Biloxi International Airport. Emeril's newest restaurant is located due West on West Beach Boulevard, and the food is delicious.

    • We rented condo #307 July 4th weekend 2009. The condo was great, had plenty of room, and the view of the ocean and the fireworks was the best. I was first concerned about having to cross a highway to go to the beaches, but had absolutely no problems there either. The owner and staff at the complex were very nice and helpful. I will return and when I do, I will stay in this unit if possible and will only rent from this owner (Rob O'Neal) because he was so accommodating. Be sure and visit The Shed on I-10 exit#57 if you want somewhere cool to eat. The only problem I experienced,,,,I just didn't stay long enough !!!!!!!!

    • My husband and I stayed in Sienna #307 in January 2009 for a long weekend. This condo is beautiful and very comfortable in every way. (Beds, couch, patio furniture, fully equipped kitchen, etc.) The balcony is very private and this condo is an end unit, which is always a plus for me. Extra windows with lots of light coming in and a great sunset to watch. The owner is really easy to work with and offers great rates. Recommended places to eat: Tug's Wharf (not far from the condo) and The Shed in Ocean Spring, exit 57.

    • My husband and I recently spent 9 nights at Sienna 307. The condo is truly gorgeous. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home (and then some). We chose to patronize many of the local restaurants, (as I was on VACATION), but the kitchen was very well furnished. I tuly enjoyed the Gulf views, sunrises and sunsets. We explored points East and West, so the location worked well for us. The condo could easily accomodate six people. Of all the inquiries I made when searching for lodging, Rob was by far the friendliest. I appreciated not having to go through a rental manangement service. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about our recent vacation in Gulfport. It just dawned on me that I forgot to eat at The Shed, so I'll be back..... Mary

    • My son was not able to come home for the holiday and I was worried our holiday would be a memory of impersonal hotel rooms and chain restaurants! Thanks to your kindness and your willingness to work with me, my family and I spent the holiday all together and this will always be a very special memory for us! We found the place warm and inviting, yet modern and sheik. The view was beautiful, the people in the lobby were friendly, all the amenities were open and in working order, and no issues with parking or neighbors. You paid attention to those little details and we did not need for anything, just perfect!
