We've just returned from a fabulous week in Boca Grande. This house was perfect - it's hard to believe they updated over 4 years ago - everything seems brand new. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the beach. Golf cart rides to town were a favorite. The owners are wonderful - the level of service and quality is comparable to a four star hotel. We'll be back next year!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our vacation here was wonderful. A modern, beautiful, extremely clean home with all the amenities we could ask for. We had a private oasis with trees and birds all around us. A friendly, quiet island. We look forward to a return visit and we definitely will recommend this home to friends.

Everything about your house was amazing. We have never stayed in a rental home that had so much attention to detail. The kitchen was stocked with top of the line utensils. When we went to the grocery store we forgot coffee filters, we were shocked when we opened the cabinets and saw all the spices, condiments and coffee filters. Having all that there just made it feel more like home.

The pool was great, I liked the planting around the pool and the "jungle"to the side. The walk to the beach seemed much shorter than it looks on the aerial photos.

Stayed here back in June and just now getting around to writing a review, but had to comment on what an incredible and relaxing vacation we had at this house. The owner was very easy to work with and called to make sure everything was to our liking. The property is extremely private and luxurious, and only steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S. I would highly recommend a stay here if you want to get away from everything and relax. The convenience of having a private pool made things easy with kids.

The privacy of the yard surrounding the pool was wonderful. The house had a great feeling-light, airy and very well equipped with high end appliances and all other aspects of the house.

We loved our stay at this property. Everything in the home is new, logically organized and high quality. The outdoor pool is terrific for keeping the young ones entertained. The home is very close to the beach and only a short golf cart ride to the downtown Boca Grande. We made great memories here and definately will be coming back.

Overall, 414 Kidd was delightful. It was the perfect place to take our 9 month old granddaughter for her first beach trip. She had a wonderful time in the pool. The pool design is perfect for little ones, as well as adults. The landscaping around the pool is lovely, making it the perfect place to relax. For most of the day, there were sunny areas for the sun lovers and shady areas for those who didn't care for it. As a family, we had a hard time deciding between a house directly on the beach, but without a pool and 414 Kidd. We were all happy that we chose this house. The walk to the beach is almost nonexistent. We spent mornings at the beach and afternoons in the pool. It was the perfect combination.

This house offered many things that other homes we have rented in the past did not - beach towels, chairs, maps, guides, pool toys, bug spray, house alarm, 3 a.c. thermostats, etc... Thank you for thinking of these! Having these available made our vacation all that more special!

What a lovely home. We found it to be a nice touch when the owner called to see if we were satisfied and if there was anything he could do for us. This spoke volumes for us, because here is a person who very much wants customer satisfaction, and he got it!
