Sunset Vistas is a luxury Gulf Front Resort directly on the beach in Treasure Island. This new facility was recently opened in late 2006, and has quickly become one of the most desired spots for vacationing. This condo is completely furnished, with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, for plenty of room for up to six.
Granite Kitchen Counters, Tiled Flooring and all new furnishing throughout. Two full bathrooms, washer, dryer and all the cooking essentials make this unit an affordable way to vacation on the beaches of Florida.
Sit on your private North Side Balcony and watch incredible Sunsets with our beach views. The On-site Cafe serves breakfast and fresh lunch items daily and is a convenient way to take that relaxing snack, right on the beach.
Large Adult pool with over sized Jacuzzi, including Tiki Bar with live weekly entertainment at your poolside chair. A separate Kids pool with fountains and wading area is also on the premises.
The beaches of Treasure Island stretch forever with soft white sand, perfect for jogging, volleyball, walking and shelling. The water is clear, clean and blue and always comfortable. Surf casting for that big trophy is also popular right in front of the Vista's.
The Vista's are only 1/2 mile from John's Pass where you can enjoy great shopping, wonderful dining, rent boats, jet skis, take fishing trips or listen to local entertainment at the infamous Gator's Dockside.
We are only 20 minutes to one of the best airports in Florida, Tampa International Airport, and less than an hour to great attractions such as Bush Gardens, Downtown Tampa full of culture, nightlife, Arts, the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Bucs and the Tampa Bay Rays are even closer in St. Pete. The Hard Rock Casino and over 100 great places to eat and shop are all just across the bridge. There are over 82 public and private Golf Courses for you to play.

Treasure Island is close to everything you can possible want to do. From shopping at John's pass, to spending the day at Busch Gardens, you can't beat this location. There are local beachfront resteraunts, places to bike, jog or just take that long walk along the beach. Within 20 minutes you can see the Tampa Bay Rays or travel a short distance to Tampa where the Bucs play, or see a spring training game with the Yankees, it's all here.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
At the Sunset Vista's, everything is at your fingertips. We have two large pools for the adults and kids and two hot tubs as well. Their is a beachside tiki bar ready to serve your favorite drink, and they have live bands on the weekends. The gym is great and all the equipment is very new. At the front of the complex, there is a cafe that serves fresh breakfast and lunch, the food is amazing. Our establishment is very family orientated with on site security and a management staff to see to your every need.
Local Dining, Shopping, Boat and Jetski Rentals. Great nightly entertainment at various establishments. You can walk their from our unit.
Great dining, beachfront establishment. They have live entertainment, service on the beach and the best wings in town. You can walk to along the beach to Caddy's.

If Baseball is your thing, only 20 minutes from our condo you can see the Tampa Bay Rays play at the Trop!

My husband Mark and I fell in love with the property when we saw it under construction. The amentities at the Sunset Vista's attracted us from the beginnning. We are local to the Tampa/St. Pete area and pride ourselves in a quiet, clean and fun rental for you to enjoy.
