Easy access to everything! Within 5-20 minutes of Tahoe’s finest ski resorts; Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Sugar Bowl, Donner Ski Ranch, Boreal, and Royal Gorge Nordic Ski Center. This home is located across the street from Donner Lake and has a private beach with gazebo and boat dock. Just a couple miles from Downtown Truckee.
The unit has been 80% completely remodeled over the past couple of years and is in great condition. It faces south and gets tons of sun all through the day. We are a "townhome", but the way the units are staggered and us being an "end unit", the kitchen is the only common wall. We have equipped the unit with a 50" Big Screen TV, DVD player, and Playstation II with an assortment of games and movies. We also have high speed wireless internet in the unit and free long distance calls within the U.S.
The three bedrooms are downstairs with two full baths and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. The master has a King size bed with a new memory foam mattress , the guest room has a nice queen sized bed, and the bunk room has two sets of bunk beds. The living room sofa also pulls out into a queen size bed.
This amazing property is just a short drive to the fine shopping and dining in downtown Truckee. A great townhome to enjoy the fun summer and winter activities the area has to offer.
