Our 17th floor unit offers an amazing view of the Gulf Coast as well as Seascape Golf Course and the Bay. The unit is well equipped including high-speed Internet access.
The resort complex offers two of the largest pools available in the area with one pool offering a variety of "kid-friendly" water features. The beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk out the front of the building with convenient beach access. Seascape Resort offers golf, tennis, fitness center, and much more.
This fully furnished, one-bedroom, one and a half bath unit features nine-foot ceilings, granite countertops, ceramic tile through the halls, bath and kitchen; and carpeting in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with GE Profile appliances which includes a 26-inch side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. for optimum convenience.
The private balcony is accessible from the living area. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with dresser and night stand, TV/DVD player, clock radio and closet. This room is connected to half bath with a private vanity and toilet and access to the full bathroom which is also accessed from the hall way. The view from the bedroom is equally impressive as a look from the window will offer a wonderful view across the Seascape Golf course and out to the Choctowatchee Bay. The unit also includes a full size washer and dryer.
The resort area features an 18-hole championship golf course with pro shop, convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder-white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, five additional pools, on-site full service restaurant, several fresh water lakes, Whales Tail Beach Bar and Grill - seaside dining and live entertainment (easily accessible by a stroll across the boardwalk over one of the several lakes), water sports rentals and magnificent shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
