Our commitment to quality was to create a luxurious getaway that makes us look forward to return visits every time we leave.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoWe hired the services of Gascadisenos Interior Design to create a home that reflected our love for the styles found in European fashion magazines like Wallpaper and the fine Italian furnishings we enjoy. Gascadisenos took on the project shortly after we purchased the unit and was instrumental in laying out the unit with custom features and colors which create a clean smooth home. He added high end finishing touches with imported furnishings, luxurious towels and sheets, and simple pleasures which gives you everything you need without ever leaving the unit. From waking up in the morning to draw your own fresh espresso drink from the commercial machine to the UV and filtered water system this unit has it all. But the never ending views across the infinity pool watching the water's edge disappear into Bandera's Bay is a wonderful start or end of the day.

The Most Beautiful Condo in all of Puerto Vallarta

After a full day of sightseeing in Puerto Vallarta, coming back to this exquisite condo is the perfect ending to a perfect day. The Condo is beautiful, huge, with every amenity you can think of or need. Whether we were barbequing on the patio, swimming in the infinity pool, drinking cocktails and watching the unbelievable sunsets; for one week we were able to pretend we were rich and famous!! The property sits high on the hillside with the most amazing views and has beautiful breezes both day and night. Due to its large open living plan and huge solid sliding doors, the condo may be easily broken down into quiet and separate living quarters or remain one large unit. This floor plan works extremely well for one or more couples, and is also perfect for a family with children, 10 and older, who need their own rooms.

I have been coming down to PV three times a year for the last 5 years and this by far, was the best! The condo made the stay perfect. It truly felt like my home from the moment that I walked in the door. Being a part-time local, we know to run to the grocery to stock up and fill the fridge. Nothing was better than enjoying breakfast by the pool or cooking a carne asada on the patio bbq. The owners have taken a major amount of time to pay attention to detail. The bed is VERY comfortable. If you have ever traveled to Mexico, not every owner or hotel has invested in a quality mattress. For us, the bed and other comforts are important to our overall stay. I can't wait to go back and next time I will be staying at Parmount Bay with this beautiful condo!

Architectural Digest! That's what you'll immediately think of when you step into this stunning and luxurious condominium. With an awe-inspiring view of the Bay...and an incredibly beautiful and large infinity pool....it was like an Hollywood set that might be used in a movie! It is beautifully appointed with top-notch furnishings...including unique and original paintings and sculptures. And, having maid service was not hard to take...nothing was lacking in needed amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms are ultra modersn, with a Toto commode and an awesome egg-tub. (What fun it was to take a bubble bath in the egg-tub!) Staying in this matchless accommondation was truly a memorable experience....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! (And, I'm counting the days until I can make a return trip!) LaLa

I spent 3 weeks at the Paramount Bay condo. Wes's place is absolutely gorgeous. The place is decorated to the "nines". The views of the Bay of Bandera's, the morning whale watching by the pool, and the fabulous fireworks nightly over the bay are right at your door step!!! All the staff within the complex are professional and kind. And dont forgot all the amazing pool scape lighting in the evening, i could stare out their for hours with my cocktails. The beach is just a short 10 minute walk. Eric, is fantastic. He was always availble when i had questions etc. This is my new annual place to go to!!! I highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants an amazing place with warm friendly staff and the most amazing views and accomodations..

We had a most delightful stay in your condo for a week. The setting on the first floor overlooking the infinity pool and the sea was delightful. Easy access to the beach and town was an added bonus. The condo was well equipped with many of the conveniences of home. We were pleased that our request for food on our arrival had been filled. Information about our responsibilites during our stay and when we leave was easily understood. We enjoyed the recommendations of restaurants, things to do and places to visit. All in all the condo met all our expectations and the people who work there were very helpful and polite.

Had a wonderful time for the third year in a row. You will want to keep coming back to this condo in PV with an amazing view of Banderas Bay- quiet location, warm and friendly staff and neighbors, warm infinity pool and overall bliss! Just a cab ride to grocery, walk to beach...go to "Swell Beach Bar" and ask for Horhe as your waiter for the day...the "Camilla Civiche" or Salad is amazing! This condo is a fantastic place to unwind with everything you need in a beautifully appointed condo that you will want to call your "home away from home!"

Our sixth visit to PV and our first at Paramount Bay. The stay/unit exceeded our expectations. A "WONDERFUL" unit with all the bells and whistles. Very modern decor with comfortable beds and well laid out bathrooms. The front patio was a great place to have breakfast and drinks in the evening. Everything about the rental was seamless thanks to Wes and Eric. Lulu the maid made sure we always had clean towels and kept the unit spotless...! We generally wlaked into town and took a cab back ($3-4) Since we were familiar with PV everything was easy access for us. Favorite restaurants were Artistes , La Palapa,ElDorado. Don't be afraid to take the bus to soak up some culture and save some money. Golf is good at the Marina and considerably cheaper than the upscale courses. Of special note was the morning whale watching from the pool railing....very nice way to start a day. A WONDERFUL condo which we highly recommend.

The description of this property was far exceeded the moment we walked into this home. The listing photos did it justice, but actually seeing this home, its setting, the grounds, and close location to Vallarta activities, excellent restaurants, clean beaches is near perfection. It was like a perfectly new home, clean and exceptionally well maintained. The owner was responsive and added much enjoyment to our stay. No small details were overlooked. This home will become our Vallarta home away from home, when we return in 2011 with another couple. We used the owners pre-arrival food stocking service and highly recommend it! The included maid service was thorough and non-intrusive. We had a spectacular time and give this owner 5 star cudo's for a perfect stay and excellent experience. CAIO Amigo !

I have traveled in Mexico and South America and can say this luxury condo in PV is by far one of the best ever. Great location, spotless, extremely clean, great art, bedding, linens, gourmet kitchen, espresso machine, beautiful dishes, european appliances. All very nicely done with no detail left undone. The best pool and view in PV with all the privacy you will ever need to have a spectacular time. You can relax at the pool or take a short walk to the beach and visit many local restaurants and shops. This was our second time back and we are planning to return again in 2011.
