You are so close to the ocean that you can open the master suite balcony door and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean in the background. Take the elevator down from the condo and there are no roads to cross to have your toes in the warm South Carolina sand.

This spacious corner unit sleeps 6-8 adults comfortably and features many extras:

We stayed in Pelican's Landing for the first time 10 years ago for a family reunion and everyone in our extended family has not stopped going ever since. This quiet location allows you to enjoy your vacation with your family and friends and not the 1000's of other vacationers in the more touristy high rise areas while still being centrally located and within a mile or 2 of all the major tourist attractions.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

Being on the ocean side having no streets to cross is a definite advantage. No need to worry about kids running into the street as they get excited about the ocean. Open the balcony door and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in the master suite.

    • great location! we had an awesome time. the pool was perfect on windy days as the fence gives wind protection and privacy but you can see the beach and ocean. look forward to renting from you again.

    • We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. First time there and will be back.Your condo was super comfortable, well equipped and well located. Walking on the beach several times a day was very relaxing as well as sleeping to the soothing sounds of the waves as they washed up on the beach.     • We are very pleased with our experience, and to have been the first renters. The home was everything we wanted and expected ... and even a little more. The proximity to the beach and local attractions was what drew us first, and we weren't disappointed. Being somewhat off the beaten path was nice, as well. The "dead end" street was quiet and peaceful, which was an unexpected benefit. The home itself had all the amenities and was very nicely furnished. I would certainly recommend it to any of my friends and family members who are looking for a very nicely appointed, 3-bedroom condo on or near the beach. Thanks for your hospitality and we look forward to someday renting there again.
