This private gated estate sits on 17+ acres overlooking all of Maui and several surrounding islands. The main home offers 6 bedroom suites, a theater room, exercise room, 4,000 square foot of exterior deck, formal dining room and wine room. The Ohana (guest house) has 3 additional full bedrooms with baths. The property has a Red Clay tennis court, pool and jacuzzi, basketball court, volleyball court and a life size chess table. We also have 17 varieties of fruit trees and two children's playgrounds. The home is perfect for your family reunion or a company retreat.
We offer an early arrival package that allows you to select grocery items, or select from out favorite wines. Your selections will be stocked in the kitchen upon your arrival. The home offers flat screen TV set's, computer, fax machine and I-Pod Port. We can also provide an evening or two of babysitting, with our own personal babysitter. Need someone to help out with the grill for an evening of entertaining or if you wish to have extra cleaning services during your stay? We can accommodate for a minimal fee.

We have built a portfolio of exceptional properties that we now offer to those who wish to have a higher level of service that is not attainable at hotels or through rental agencies. We have assembled a superior staff, who maintains the grounds, properties, and all the services to make your ultimate family vacation. Sarah's sister Chrissy will assist you throughout your vacation preparation and stay with us.
Scott and Sarah have made Maui home with their six children who range from two to sixteen-years-old. The family spends time in Europe where several of the children play in the European tennis circuit and summers in Martha’s Vineyard.

Scott, Sara and Chrissy, On behalf of the whole Sanders family, Jan and I want to convey our warm gratitude for opening your fabulous home for "Sanders Birthday Week" and especially my Mom's 70th birthday. It was a spectacular vacation and you've earned a lifetime of thanks from all of us. Mom, in particular, is in love with your house. She could not stop talking about the workmanship and the details. That stuff is a little above my head. I was generally happy to watch sunset from the deck with a nice glass of wine. For me, this was the best family vacation ever and I suspect that for some of the crew it may have been their best vacation ever. The week itself couldn’t have been better. It didn't rain until Sunday night, so we had perfect weather. The folks at Trilogy said we'd lucked into the best snorkeling day at Molokini all winter. We did a Luau in Lahaina and swam in the Seven Pools. We played tennis, basketball and, being from Ohio, threw lots of horseshoes. I got in two great rides, an out and back on the back road to Hana and a partial climb of Haleakala. Upcountry is some of the best bicycling I've seen. Great climbs, fast, winding descents and best of all, since most of my riding at home is on chip seal roads, smooth pavement. Eric and Daisy were gracious and great help when we had questions. I have to admit I wasn't that taken with Maui last year when we stayed at the Fairmont, but I loved Kula. I can see why you choose to call it home. Jim

This property is beautiful, wonderfully designed and large enough to accommodate bigger groups. My sister had her wedding here in February 2010. The families stayed in the main house and the friends stayed in the guest house just down the driveway. There is plenty of space for people to congregate or keep their privacy depending on what they want to do. There was a breath-taking wine cellar downstairs. I took advantage of the sauna in the mini-gym area. I loved it. It was very clean, seemed virtually unused. The entire house seemed untouched. It was in really great condition. We were all very impressed with the house and adjoining property. It seemed like everyday someone was discovering a new amenity. We realized the living rooms walls collapse to create a virtual patio out of the entire living room. It was absolutely brilliant. The property overlooks two shorelines and a mountain top. It's awe-inspiring. The amenities abound. I simply didn't have enough time to take advantage of everything: the tennis courts, the volleyball, the chess board. There is a gorgeous pool with a thatched hut covering a mattress on the deck for maximum mid-day relaxation. So make a list of what you want to do while you're there and stay vigilant. There is simply too much relaxing to do! Some of the smaller touches I appreciated were the L'Occitane products. I love, love, love L'Occitane. Also, the towels and bedding were all impeccably clean. In fact, the linens smelled so good I wanted to make a point to ask what detergent they used. It smelled amazing. This was truly a perfect site for our purposes and everyone in our group really enjoyed the house. This was a real find.

A breathtaking home that offerred all of the comforts (including activities for the kids like life sized chess set, tennis tournaments, basketaball & volleyball courts, pool, and jacuzzi for those cool evening). Amazing views with enough room to have your private shangrila! Reccomended for families or those who enjoy being in an awseome place away from home.... oh... and Maui was great too!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
