This luxurious Clearwater Beach waterfront condo is 1,890 square feet, on the top floor with expansive 10 ft ceilings, and is brand new! It offers breathtaking views of Clearwater Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico and is beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It also has a full size washer/dryer.
The spacious master suite includes a King bed, pillow top mattress, flat screen television, whirlpool tub, separate shower, and dual vanities. Each additional bedroom has a Queen bed, pillow top mattress, private bathroom, and flat screen television. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and a 42” HDTV with DVD. We offer free high speed Internet, free domestic telephone calls, a fitness center, and covered parking. Bike storage is available upon request. We also have a boat slip available for an additional fee. Restaurants, shopping, and activities are all within easy walking distance. Relax, you are on vacation.
