It was a good thing this condo was as nice as it was because we didn't hit the greatest weather while we were in Clearwater. The view was awesome! All rooms were large and well equipped. Everything you need is only a minutes walk including the most beautiful sandy beach, great restaurants, drugstore....the list goes on. On our last morning, when I woke my daughters (7&9) they said the sadest part was leaving the most comfy bed they ever slept in. (i thought that was funny) Angie provided promt service and I would most diffently recommend this condo.

We had an outstanding time! Viewed dolphins from the deck, kids and adults were delighted! Had a great time on the beach in Clearwater and also drove to St. Pete's Beach. Found some great resturants within walking distance. Condo was very spacious and plenty of room for our entire family-6 adults and 3 kids! Thanks for sharing

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The owners were prompt in replying to inquires about the condo and provided us with all of our needed information. The condo was exactly like the description right down to the dolphins we saw in the bay. It was clean and welcoming. I would most definitely recommend this property to anybody I know. We had 6 adults in the condo and that number of adults was perfect for this condo. More than 6 adults would probably be too much. You could probably go with less adults and more kids if needed. The location of the condo was awesome. Very close to dining and night life. We walked to Frenchy's, Cooters, the Iguana bar at the Holiday Inn and Shephards. There was a pizza joint down the street with decent pizza. A convenience store right across the street. Walgreens was close. This condo has everything you need.

My family and I stayed for 5 days in December and we had a great time! The place was perfect - you will not regret booking this condo. It has great amenities and is a perfect location. You can walk to the beach and restaurants, which is nice when you have a 1-year-old and older people in your travel party. The only downfall was some painting and sanding that was being done on the balcony most of the mornings we were there. When we notified the owners that the workers were disrupting our stay, they quickly made it right. We were grateful for their fairness and can't wait to stay again! Make sure you stay here - it is perfect!

My family and I rented this modern, updated condo after a busy week at Disney World. The condo is beautiful as shown in the pictures, but really exceeded my expecations when it came to space. We had 5 adults and 3 children with plenty of room for all! We watched the Dolphins play in the morning and walked to the beach in the afternoon! We ate great Grouper at the local restaurant, however with all the amenities of the kitchen, we enjoyed Stone Crab right at the Condo! Great location, minutes from the white soft sand of Clearwater beach! I would definatly rent this unit again, Thanks Angie & Gary!

My wife and I brought our 2-1/2 and 4-1/12 year old boys to Clearwater Beach for our first family vacation. It could not have been any better. As someone on who frequently relies on the advice of online reviews I was a bit hesitant that a place could have so many 5 star reviews. . Happy to report that I would judge this as a 5 star unit. Location, Size, Peaceful, Nice layout, it was all great. As advertised we walk through the condo upon our arrival to find three dolphins playing in bay-Incredible to see. Tons of play toys and common beach accessories were there. The furniture and beds were comfy, not stuffy, you felt relaxed just being there. A binder of menus and written advice was left for us and the owners were great throughout the process. My initial concern was the “5 minute walk “to the beach with having two young kids in tow, turns out the walk was just right, not far at all. If you have kids I would recommend this condo and location. Literally everything you need or might need was in two block radius, from gas to food, to views and the beach.

We absolutely loved this property. Everything was immaculate and in working order upon our arrival. The kitchen was wonderful and very updated. The condo was really spacious and was nice for everyone to have their own space. The tiled deck was very large and offered spectacular views of the bay. Dolphins were feeding and playing in the bay every morning. Parking was nice and covered. The building must be well-built because we did not ever hear any neighbors or noise from outside. It's only a short walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again next year!!

Clearwater Beach Vacation

We were excited to find the condo even better than we expected. The view was great and was enhanced by seeing dolphins several times during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The walk to the beach was easy. We enjoyed visiting Honeymoon Island and Fort De Soto. The only thing missing was another easy chair for the sitting area. We have fond memories of this place and hope to return!

What a great place to stay! We traveled to Florida to attend my son's fiance's shower and stayed a few extra days. This rental condo was actually nicer than promised. We had 8 adults max at one time with everyone coming and going as schedules permitted. The men went deep sea fishing (a first for us northerners) while the ladies attended the shower in Palm Harbor. We hit Disney and Universal and enjoyed some rest in between on the beach and at the pool. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed (even to cook our grouper fish). We could not have asked for better. Angie thank you! We will be back!

My family of 8 (5 adults, 3 kids) spent 6 nights here. We absolutely loved the condo. We were provided with more than enough quality amenities to make our vacation incredibly enjoyable. There was more than enough room for us to spread out and not feel cramped. The location was an easy walk to the beach, even for the 2 and 4 year olds. The owners were quick to return any emails with questions and were super friendly. Overall this is just a wonderful rental and highly recommended.

My fiancee and myself, my daughter and her husband and another couple recently spent a week here at your lovely home. Firstly, I wish I had spent another week. The place was immaculatly clean, plenty of everything you would need for a wonderful beach/sun vacation. The overall experience from dealing with the owners, signing agreements and accessing the unit were all handled professionally and friendly. The building and grounds are very clean. I have to say thank you for letting my family enjoy the comforts of your home. This vacation was a Christmas present for my 3 grown children ages 21,27,&30. The pictures don't do your place justice as it's bigger & better in person. Condo is incredible,it is bigger than pictures show.Owners decorated it with a very good taste.We spend a week in Clearwater Beach,6 adults and 3 kids-and the place wasn't crowded at all.Everything you need for cooking you'll find in kitchen cabinets(we were making big breakfast every morning).The pool backside of a building is always warm and cozy.Walking distance to the beach and restaurants(Jimmys across the street highly recommended).Price for renting this condo is great,especially when you go with a couple of friends.ANGIE AND GARY-thank you -we had the best time ever...

What a delight it was to stay at this beautiful, large, bright and clean condo. Lot's of space for all. Angie and Gary were always avalible and quick to respond from the beginning of our rental process. The pictures and description fit the rental and the price was excellent value. The location is perfect, walk the beach, walk to the dining / shopping in area and enjoy the views on the deck. We are now regulars at Crabby Bill's. Watched collage football there as we took in the sun set. The drive to and from the airport was not difficult. Super Shuttle was perfect and much less then a taxi. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. The condo was very spacious and well stocked. Our view from the balcany included the harbor and the Gulf. It was awesome. We even saw dolphins swim up one morning while having coffee. We highly recommend this condo for your visit to Clearwater.

My friends and I were after the Gold Points at a Regional Bridge Tournament. We achieved our goal and were rewarded by a beautiful rainbow that literally ended just under the balcony of this condo. (I have pictures to prove it!) It was the closest any of us had ever been to a "pot of gold at end of a rainbow". The views are superb and the location is wonderful - walking distance to many restaurants. The accommodations themselves are super comfortable and have everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable and private - bathrooms for everyone! Wow...is all we could say when we walked into this lovely condo! It was beautiful and immaculate, much better than we could have imagined. This was our last "family" vacation for a while (daughter leaves for the Marines in one month) and we were hoping it would be memorable..needless to say it was perfect. We say "bravo" to the owners for a lovely decorating job and for all the comforts of home! There wasn't one thing lacking in this condo to make our stay the best ever. The walk to the beach was perfect and the Sunset Pier activities brought us back night after night. Even the Starlite dinner cruise was worth the trip. The Backwater restaurant on Sand Key was excellent and had it been cooler, sitting outside would have been enjoyable. We will definitely come back to this condo if we get the chance again. You would not go wrong staying in this lovely place over any other hotel setting, we're glad we chose it!!

Perfect Get Away

We typically look for locations directly on the beach, however we were in need of a boat slip for this trip and this condo was a perfect choice. The location was great, within walking distance of everything we needed, restaurants, shops and sunsets at the pier. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our entire family, everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Our favorite moments were spent enjoying mornings and evenings on the balcony while taking in the gorgeous views of Clearwater Beach and the Bay. This was a perfect vacation spot and the owners were very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed their vacation home and plan to return in the future.

My friend planned her wedding on Clearwater Beach and we all are from PA so we were looking for a condo to share and also be in a prime location for things to do before she got married. Well I can't tell you enough how amazed I was with the condo. Angie (the owner) was one of the nicest people to work with and she was there for anything we needed before we arrived on 6/24/10. The condo was so clean and the location couldn't of been better everything was either in walking distance or w/in a 10 minute drive. The view was amazing from our balcony and we even saw dolphins swimming while sitting on the balcony. We had the photographer come to the condo before the wedding to take pictures and there wasn't one bad pic taken with all the georgous things surrounding us. The beds were very comfortable and the fact that there were 3 full bathrooms was fantastic. I will 100% recommend this condo to any friend or family member traveling to the Clearwater area and we are in the process now of planning our next trip back. I work for American Express Vacations and travel for a living and this place is one of the best places I've ever stayed. Thank you Angie and Gary for an amazing condo and for your great hospitality.

EXCELLENT place to be its with in walking distance from : the beach, dolphin or pirate cruises, the Pier, Resturants, and 'All you CARE to eat' Pime Rib - Seafood. The condo is gorgeous inside and out with an open interior showcasing balcony views of birds , dolphins, or other mammals. Its GREAT to have two parking spaces and a Gas station/convenience store close by for the late night munchies run or early morning top-off. On a scale from 1 to 10 , I'd say 12.5 ;-)

A GREAT place to relax that exceeds expectations

Our family (husband-39, myself-37 & 5yo daughter) wanted a place to relax and unwind on a Gulf side beach after a week at Disney. We looked at a number of options in the Clearwater/St. Pete area including other condos, hotels and B&Bs. I am so glad we chose this property. The owners were a delight to work with as they were prompt, truthful and courteous in all of their communications both before and after our stay. It was a pleasant 90 minute drive from Disney to the condo and such a relief to find our "home-away-from home" better than described/pictured. This is a pedestrian-friendly area and the condo was within easy walking distance (even for a weary 5yo) of a great white-sand, public access beach. If required, there was parking at the beach for a small fee. We explored another nearby beach but the one right next to the condo was our favorite. It was about a 15min walk to the main pier for evening entertainment. Lots of dining options & entertainment in close walking/driving distance (owners have developed a guest welcome binder/guide with this & other helpful information). The condo was top floor and very quiet. We didn't know we had neighbors until we happened to be out on our balconies at same time to watch a family of dolphins in the harbor. Only noise at all was on guest bedroom side of condo Saturday night from live band playing in beach restraunt across the street. Master bedroom overlooks the harbor and no noise at all. The condo colors and decor are muted and restful with a tropical theme (not at all garish or overdone). All bedrooms generous size with private baths & walk-in closets. The condo was very well appointed - we cooked a couple of meals and used the private laundry. There were even beach toys and an umbrella (my daughter and I sunburn easily so this was very appreciated). The entire condo felt spacious and well-finished with touches like vaulted cealings, tall baseboards and solid-surface kitchen counters. It was VERY clean and tidy and was overall welcoming. Two dedicated, covered parking spaces. Access to the stairs & elevator via a security-coded door. We didn't use the building's private pool (small but clean). We used the wireless internet service without difficulty. This condo had more room than we required but we were also looking for a beautiful property in a great location that could accommodate additional family members/friends on future vacations - that is exactly what we found!

A beautiful condo in a great position

We stayed at this condo in April 10 when we were stranded in Florida due to the Icelandic volcano eruption. It was a wonderful place to spend our extra time in Florida. Anne was great to work with and very understanding. The condo itself is fantastic. We have stayed in many before and this was certainly one of the best. It was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We loved the space it gave us and it was beautiful watching the sunrise from the master bedroom and balcony. Our boys loved fishing from the dock and I loved the short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Clearwater. Don't hesitate in booking this condo....you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Anne. Wonderful Vacation

We just got back from this condo and i miss it already! We stayed for 10 days, there were 4 adults and 2 tweens and there was plenty of room. The pictures on this site are exactly what it looks like except i think it does not show how really large the place is. Everything you could need was provided, including all kitchen needs, towels, even many beach towels. Also to our delight were many sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and even two coolers, everything you need for a day at the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the views were terrific, in fact many times we actually saw dophin swimming in the channel while sitting on the balcony. We visit clearwater beach often and will certainly stay here again. We highly recommend Frenchy's, Post Corner Pizza and the Gondolier restaurants, they were all great.

The condo was clean and outfitted with all the items that we needed for the entire week, such as paper products, laundry detergent, beach toys/supplies, clean bath and beach towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Our party included 5 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 small child and 1 infant and with 9 people we still felt like the condo was very large. Angie emailed and called to make sure that we were set and didn't need anything the upon our arrival. The area was great...nearby restaurants and right across the street from the beach. From the balcony we did see several dolphins in the harbor. It was a great time and if we are ever in Clearwater again, we are defintely staying here! Thanks!"

Despite the fact that the weather was chilly, and there was work on the water pipes outside, neither of which the owners could change, this place was great. It was clean, beautiful, beautiful view of the bay, boats, birds, sunrise, and moon rise, and a close walk to the beaches and restaurants. We saw the sunset at the beach nearby. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or relative.

Perfect Condo

This was the perfect condo for our golfing group - plenty of room, well appointed, nicely decorated and just the perfect place to relax and unwind after a hard day of golf and refreshments. The condo was exactly as advertised on the VRBO website and frankly, the pictures did not do the unit justice. Could not have asked for more. Angie made the rental experience easy and painless and her attention to my preliminary questions was excellent as was her follow up after our departure. We will certainly be back to the area and hopefully this condo will be available to us again. From the moment you arrive at your covered parking spaces (two are provided) under the building you wil be thrilled with this condo. There is a nice security elevator to enter the building which then takes you to the 5th floor and almost to your door. The Condo is fantastic. It has very high ceilings which give it a very large feel (as it is anyhow). The Bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely appointed with everything you need. The kitchen is what you would expect in an upscale estate and again equiped with every appliance and utility you need. The Master Bedroom is large and nice and the Master Bathroom is HUGE with separate sink and vanities. The living room was very comfortable and had a table and chairs to enjoy games with the kids. There is a balcony that leads off the master bedroom and family room that overlooks the boats and intercostal inlet. Coffee in the morning out there was breath taking. Again the location alows you to walk to everything Clearwater Beach has to offer. We would definitely recommend this to everyone and am sure we will be back as a renter ourselves. Our family stayed in August 2009 and had a wonderful experience here! We saw dolphins daily and had easy walking access to the beach and other local activities. The owners were kind and very helpful too and I appreciated it since that was our first time to Florida. I would highly recommend this rental!

My entire family enjoyed our stay in your spacious and comfortable home away from home. The condominium was perfect! The view of the harbor from the balcony was incredible and the boat slip came in handy for our boat rental. We couldn't ask for a better location, as it was a short walk from south Clearwater beach, excellent restaurants and entertainment. My 4 and 5 year old granddaughters loved the pool on the property just about, as much as they did the beach. I would definately recommend this property to any family looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. The visitor information binder was a great way to communicate details regarding condominium care, timelines for local activities and attractions, choice restaurants and shopping locations. I would definitely recommend this rental as the "best way to go" for any vacationing family.

Clean, spacious, safe, and convenient to everything! We were very pleased with the condo in every way. This condo is so spacious and the floorplan is great for privacy. The owners were professional and easy to communicate with. The location is very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The convenient store across the street had everything we needed for breakfast and snacks. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner. The chairs and cabanas for rent on the beach made the day in the sun very comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone willing to take care of it so it will be in the same excellent condition the next time we want to visit Clearwater Beach!

From booking to our final day, our decision to stay at this condo proved over and over again to be a wonderful experience! The condo was immaculate!! Very clean and supplied with many of the necessities you would need for a vacation at the beach (coolers, beach towels, sand toys). We mentioned time and time again during our stay how much the condo already felt like home! The kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms were very spacious, which made coming home to relax a very pleasurable experience! When going out, the beach and restaurants were only a short walk away. I will certainly try my best to stay in vacation rentals for every future vacation. We had a much better experience than any hotel could have offered! We are definitely going to be repeat customers if we ever find ourselves in Clearwater again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Despite the fact that we picked the week with all the rain that eased the Florida drought, we had a wonderful time. This is a beautiful condo and was well equipped with what you would need. We had a rental car but it is quite accessible without a car also. It was nice to have one to do a bit more sightseeing and to have for the grocery store. The beach, is just a 5 minute walk from the condo. We had only a minor problem with an alarm clock going off in another unit. It was easy to contact Angie and she took care of the problem for us. We appreciated the recommendations and truly enjoyed the food at Ceasare's. We enjoyed the Rockaway Grill also. We would be happy to recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the Clearwater area. Thanks again!

What a fantastic vacation site! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Clearwater Beach very much. The condo was amazing and was absolutely perfect for our needs...the weather was perfect, and the beach was a blast! The owners agreed to rent on very short notice, and they graciously accommodated our arrival schedule on Mother's Day. The photos definitely do not do this unit justice. This spacious condo is beautifully decorated and owners have provided everything you could possibly need. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, large kitchen/dining/living area, a laundry room and a large balcony, this condo is great for families. We had six adults and we had plenty of room. Great view from balcony...both the harbor and the Gulf. Visitors will not be disappointed in any way with this condo or with the customer service provided by owners. Many thanks to the owners for being so hospitable and accommodating...we're already looking forward to a future visit!

Absolutely wonderful. We were down here for a family wedding and did not want to stay at the hotel. We couldn't have been more pleased when we arrived and saw our accommodations. Beautiful, clean, magnificent view off balcony, amazing sunrises, fully equipped right down to the beach towels. The owners could not have been more accomodating from the first time I contacted them to actually calling us on our arrival to make sure that everything was to our liking and asked if there was anything that we needed and not to hesitate to call them with any questions. Everything that they told us about the condo, the location, restaurants was absolutely true. The Hilton was within walking distance, the beaches are gorgeous and just a few minutes walk from the condo.This condo was the icing on the cake for our wedding trip vacation. We would not hestitate to rent this condo again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you Gary and Angie for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

We had a great week. This is a clean, roomy, comfortable place to stay while you are enjoying the beach and the Tampa area. A short walk to a fabulous beach. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Good covered parking, nice pool for the kids and a wide balcony overlooking a harbor ideal for birdwatching and dolphin spotting. The owners are responsive and friendly. This is a busy area with a miniature golf course, convenience store and gas station right across the street in front, but we found it to be very quiet inside and on the balcony in back as well. So really we had the best combination for both relaxation and activity.

Hidden Treasure...

We have family in the area and visit often, always staying in the North Beach area, where the properties are older and not as well maintained. This year, we found this HIDDEN TREASURE of a condo on the other side. The location was great, close to the beach and shopping. Short pleasant walk on the boardwalk to the pier. The condo is located on the bay, where we enjoyed coffee on the balcony, overlooking the sunrise. Great way to start each morning on vacation!!! Truely a peaceful setting. The photos of the condo, do not do it justice, it is very spacious and the decor is so well thought out. It is well maintained and very clean. I especially appreciated the construction of the condo: beautiful tile work, moldings and quality of the materials. We felt so at home, and even hosted a breakfast for extended family. We did a lot of cooking at the condo and found the kitchen well equipped. As was everything, well thought out: guidebook of suggestions in the area, beach toys, cooler, towels, extra key, etc. The owners went out of their way, to make sure their guests have all they need for a pleasant stay. Additionally, we appreciated the telephone call from the owner, who wanted to assure all is well. Good customer service. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. It will exceed your expectations.

New Years Eve Week 2008

"Beautiful" doesn't say enough. Great view. Wonderfully decorated. Immaculate. Bathroom in the Master bedroom is incredible-every Mom should be spoiled with one of these! Good fishing off the pier. Heated swimming pool was the kids' favorite. Watching the sunset and rise and waking up to the sound of water is what paradise is all about!

When booking on line, you are never sure what you will find, on arrival. Well worry no more when booking this condo. It was fantastic, clean, bright, everything you could possibly need. Put that with a three minute walk to the fantastic white sandy beach and you are in paradise. The owners did not hold back on the luxuries to be found there, and it was like home from home. If you are a fitness fanatic and need your gym boost, there is a small gym available, with the equipment needed to keep you in trim. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and if we needed to return I would be on the phone or internet immediately. Thankyou to the owners for helping to make a great vacation.
