This is the home we raised our family in for 8 years. It is clean and the rooms are comfortable. It has central air conditioning and heat, is in a great neighborhood only two minutes from shopping and the interstate.
Deland Florida, is the home of Stetson University, which offers Winter baseball and basketball, minutes away in Steton's great sports facilities. Downtown Deland is very quaint and has many shops and restaurants.
We are 30 minutes from Daytona Beach and 60 minutes from Disney World, the Space Coast and the other great attractions in Central Florida.
