  What a terrific place! The info packet was full of information and the owner was so helpful and attentative before and after our trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for a super week at the beach! Super clean. We are a family of 4 who had a terrific Christmas in this condo. There is so much room and the balcony is large and private. The dining table hosted some killer card games. Open the sliders and let the ocean in or chill out on a lounge chair and relax. It is in such a quite area, but not too far from anything. The amenities of the complex are supurb. Walk on the boardwalk or the beach - watch the dolpins play around the inlet in the evening. Flagler Ave shops and restaurants are just 2 miles down the beach. We loved the Barracuda - Christmas dinner at a beach bar on the patio, you can't do that in Kansas. Thanks for some great family memories!

  The condo was perfect and felt like home immediately. The views are spectacular and the unit is larger than expected. Love the location next to the turtle mounds and the beach. Every day the weather was perfect. I miss being there already...! Best Florida vacation spot so far and hope to return.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We had a wonderful time this past week. The condo was great! A lot bigger than the pictures show and very comfortable. My husband, 7 year old son and my parents enjoyed our vacation very much.   I loved my vacation and your condo is so beautiful. I felt like I was at home. I actually miss being there. I have pictures running across my screensaver as a reminder. To be honest I visit a different part of Florida every year and this is the best so far. Thanks so much for the chance to stay in your place. The weather was beautiful everyday. My kids just had a ball.

  Everything was fine. The ice maker was fixed and the weather cooperated. We’re used to the afternoon thunderstorms which fortunately missed us every day. The views were wonderful. I’m surprised at the difference between the 6th floor (last year’s visit) to the 12th. The 12th floor is SO much better. There were no problems with the condo – it had everything we needed. I will keep your information for future visits.

  My brother and I and his girlfriend vacationed at this condo this past June 2010. I have to say, it truly was a luxurious experience at a very affordable cost. The view was absolutely beautiful and there was bodies of water on both sides of the condo. You had the ocean on one side and the inlet on the other! We had an unforgettable experience in learning how to sail from one of the local sea captains that was very accomodating and we sailed up close to a pod of 20-30 dolphins! We also took a day trip up to St.Augustine, which is the oldest city in the us and visited their winery for the day. There was plenty to do in Daytona, just a short drive away on the other side of the inlet...and your own pool and beach area is right outiside your lobby area! Overall, you can't ask for a better vacation experience. So much to do for anyone of all ages, amazing view, friendly envrironment and extremely clean!

  The condo is in a great location, the view from the living room and bedroom is spectacular. The property is very secure and well maintained. The owner left a great book with all local attractions, maps and restaurant. We had a great time.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We think the view from your condo is terrific. We watched the surfers every day and there are quite a number of them. We've eaten at Aunt Catfish's twice, The NSB steakhouse twice and the Boston Seafood restaurant once. The rest of the time we ate in the condo. We've walked the beach and boardwalk every day, gone to the Wednesday flea market and to the shopping mall in New Smyrna and the one downtown where the antique shops are. For the next renter you can tell them they can get internet in your unit if they use their computer in the guest room, we've done it all week. We've enjoyed being here this week and hope to come back many more times in the future.

  Christi: Just a note to tell you that my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at your Inlet condo. The Minorca facility is great -- nice amenities, terrific views and beautiful beach. We made good use of the club house and fitness room. The only bad note was the weather (brrr). I guess it could have been worse. At least it wasn't raining and we could walk the beach and trails with a jacket on. And we did have about five fairly nice, warm days. Our daughter came down and stayed with us for three nights and really liked it. She may be contacting you about renting the unit at a future date. Thanks, and I hope we will be able to use your place again sometime in the future.

  Hi Christi, I want to thank you for the time we spent in your Inlet condo. We found it to be very confortable & clean. Checking in was very easy, the weather was beautiful ( wish it had been a little warmer), left a day early because of bad weather coming to NC. SNOW.   Everything went fine....much more enjoyable this time w/ two TVs in the condo. I really enjoyed the new flat-screen TV w/ built-in TV Guide function....and, as always, the pool table in the clubhouse. It wasn't exactly beach weather, but this time around, we weren't really going there to spend time on the beach. Maybe we can come back again sometime during beach weather :-)

  Wonderful location. Close to Disney, Daytona, and Cape Canaveral. The beach was beautiful and clean. Lots of wildlife to see in the turtle mound protected area. Condo was clean and equipped and the kids loved the pool. We were able to see the space shuttle launch from the front door. Great for a relaxing vacation.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
