Welcome to Newpark- Park City's best location and value! This corner unit is over 1450 square feet with fantastic views of Deer Valley and Park City Ski resorts from your living room window. Vaulted ceilings and multiple windows allow beautiful sunlight in from 3 sides of this unit. Adjacent to Redstone Center, so shopping, restaurants, cinema, bars and grocery stores are all within walking distance.
This unit is less than 6 years old and has mostly been used for personal use with very little rental activity, so it looks brand new. This 2 bedroom unit has 3 full baths, 3 flat screen TV's, including one in each bedroom, a washer/dryer in the unit, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private Hot Tub on the deck.
Just installed in October 2011, the living room now features wide-planked hand distressed hardwood flooring.
Almost every option available was added to this unit when it was built, including a reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen. Luxury appointments include slab granite countertops in the kitchen and bath areas, stainless steel appliances, alder cabinetry and doors, and beautiful slate tile in the entryway. Because this is the largest floor plan offered by Newpark, the 1 car attached garage is oversized to give you additional room for your skis and equipment.
The master bedroom includes a King size bed, multiple side lights, a huge walk-in closet and 2 separate sink areas. A sliding glass door opens onto a balcony with beautiful ski mountain and Swaner Nature Preserve views.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, 2 sink areas and a balcony with views of Redstone Village. There is also a day bed in the loft/den area that has 2 twin beds. Newpark is a short 35 minute drive to the Salt Lake City Airport and is on the free shuttle route which will take you in to Old Town or to the ski areas.
All Newpark units have views of the beautiful 1000 acre Swaner Nature Preserve, but due to the way that they are positioned, very few units have direct ski views from the living room. Many look onto I-80 or the low foothills. This unit was chosen just for the reason, and as you can see from the photos, you can open your blinds and see Deer Valley’s Bald Mountain when you wake up in the morning. While in the hot tub you can enjoy full views of all the ski areas, including Park City and The Canyons.

This is the most convenient location in Park City! It's all right here- shopping, dining, theatres, banks, coffe shops- the list goes on. Plus, it's only 35 minutes to the SLC airport with convenient access to I-80. Newpark/Redstone is the most dynamic area in PC and it just keeps getting better and better as more and more is added. It's all right out your back door within walking distance.

It was a treat for our family to stay in your condominium for the week (2/9-2/16/10). The views and location were terrific, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the unit was decorated tastefully. Your kitchen was very well equipped and our party of 5 was comfortable and had plenty of room. It was great that the sleeping areas are upstairs and isolated from the lower level, which makes them less susceptible to noise disturbance from downstairs activities. We also appreciated the separated double sink areas for both upstairs bathrooms, in addition to the full bath on the main level. Since the unit is on the end of the building and has windows on 3 sides, we had panoramic views of the surrounding ski areas and mountains from almost all the windows. The Breeze ski shop in the Newpark development was convenient for picking up discount lift tickets and ski rentals, and having two grocery stores (Whole Foods and Smith's) in the immediate vicinity simplified our trip. We look forward to future visits!

Great condo, great location, great views over the Swanner Nature Preserve. My wife and I spent the month of July in Park City and this condo was the perfect spot for us. Easy access to biking, running, shopping, eating, movies, and everything else. Condo was very comfortable. We had a great time.

We stayed for a week in August while some of the kids on the Missoula Freestyle Ski Team member trained at the Utah Olympic Park. We stay in Park City twice a year and this was a great condo which we will surely return to next summer. Nice and quiet as it backs on the wildlife refuge. Easy to hop on the extensive bike trail network from the back door. We had friends who stayed in another unit that had a smaller floor plan - same price. Definitely nicer with more space especially with ski equipment. Owner was great and always returned any emails promptly.
