This inviting mountain home is only eight years young and like new inside. This open & inviting floor plan has lots of windows, a stone fireplace, gorgeous vaulted ceilings and a 2 car garage. This is a wonderful hiking area and only a short drive to all Big Canoe amenities.
There is a back deck off of the Great Room and Dining Room great for enjoying the birds and wildlife. Deer frequently stroll through the back woods. Deck has outdoor table and chairs and large gas grill.
The bright open kitchen with corian countertops is fully equipped with newer dishwasher, flat surface stove, built-in microwave & refrigerator with ice maker. All cooking equipment provided. Watch for the passing deer as you sit at the breakfast table overlooking the back yard. There is also a separate dining room area with French doors to the back deck.
There are two master bedrooms. The 1st floor master bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed , sitting area & walk-in closet. The master bath has Jacuzzi tub & separate shower. The second master on the lower level has identical furniture with queen bed, TV, double walk-in closets & full bath. There are two additional bedrooms on the main level, one with a full bed and the other with two twin beds.
Home is fully equipped with telephone land line, fax machine and internet access for working or staying in touch even when you're relaxing in the mountains.
This is a mountain paradise escape, just a short drive from Atlanta. Enjoy surrounding areas such as Dahlonega, Dawsonville & the rest of North Georgia.
