WINTER-SPRING RATE SPECIAL-$1400 WEEK. Located on the majestic North Shore of Kauai in the Princeville Resort, this non-smoking home has all of the luxuries and amenities you will need for a perfect tropical vacation. Located across from the Makai Golf Course, and only a short walk to a beautiful beach, our home has 2,800 square feet of living area. Custom designed and beautifully built to create the feeling of a traditional Hawaiian plantation home, this home is ideal for families both large and small.
There are four bedrooms, including two master suites. The first master is located on the main floor and opens out to the secluded rear lanai with large Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. The second master and the two other bedrooms are located on the second floor. The third bedroom opens out to the covered second floor lanai with beautiful views of the Namolokama Mountains and waterfalls.
Three of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and the two master bedrooms have their own TVs and large walk-in closets. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds (sleeping four). The three full bathrooms are appointed with limestone and granite vanities. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for extra cooling. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for extra guests.
The large gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped for all your culinary needs. The kitchen has granite counters, custom cherry cabinets, a center island breakfast bar and prep sink, and a walk-in pantry. The amenities include, new top of the line electric range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, disposal, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and complete cookware and utensils for 12. The dining room has seating for ten. There is a large separate laundry room fully-equipped with a new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and utility sink.
The inviting and spacious living area is open and airy with an entertainment center including a 32" flat panel LCD TV with cable, DSL high speed internet access,DVD/VCR and stereo with CD player. The main living area opens out onto a 600 square foot stone tile lanai surrounded by dense tropical gardens with a large, top of the line hot tub, outdoor shower, wet bar, BBQ gas grill, and outdoor dining furniture. Upstairs is a covered lanai with mountain and waterfall views - a perfect place to enjoy sunrise or the spectacular Kauai sunset.
There are numerous beaches, all within a few minute drive from the house. It is a 10 minute walk to nearby Puu Poa Beach. There is world class golf on Princeville's two courses. Tennis is just a block away, and the Princeville Spa provides a fitness center, many classes, swimming pool, and comprehensive spa services.

$500 Reservation Deposit required & is applied to Security Deposit.
100% of Total Rental Fee PLUS Taxes, Security Deposit & Cleaning Fee required 90
days prior to arrival. Cleaning Fee of $260-300 is subject to change.
Security Deposit is 100% refundable if no damage or loss to premises.
