  Your home is very beautiful and spacious for our large family. It had everything we need especially the amenities (bikes, golf equipment, grill, hot tubs, beach gears, mats, etc). We were able to cook our own meal in your gourmet kitchen that is equip with pots and pan. We were able to take a walk at the beach in the morning nearby. It was so much better than the timeshare we stay for a night in Lihue. We would definitely recommend your home to family and friends.

  Beautiful home in a gorgeous setting, well appointed and very comfortable - the available beach toys, chairs, boogie boards were great, as was the hot tub in the evenings on our return. The kitchen was better equipped than a lot of rentals we've stayed in, with an abundance of everything needed for larger families looking to save some money by eating in. Having a master BR up as well as down worked out perfectly for my elderly father-in-law to have his own space without his having to negotiate stairs. We have timeshare weeks on the beach in the Poipu area , and that will be our first choice for future visits if only for the beach, but if our usual place is unavailable for whatever reason we would absolutely have this home as our second choice. Great place to stay!

  Our ten day visit to Kauai was just what we needed as a family. We were so comfortable in this spacious and warm home. It's in a great location that feels private and yet close to the beach and shopping center. It had everything we needed including plenty of space to spread out. We appreciated having all of the water gear available to us. There was a problem with the hot tub when we first arrived and the owners were quick to respond and the issue was resolved right away. We would definitely stay here again!

  Our extended family of 9 stayed here for two weeks. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed this home so much. Cooking in the gourmet kitchen was easy and fun! All of the bedrooms were comfortable and we had enough bathrooms for everyone. I highly recommend this home to anyone thinking of a trip to Kauai. There is a lot to see and do right in the area. Waking up every morning to singing birds and going on a walk or run was heaven! We found that most things on Kauai are within easy driving distance. It was hard to leave this wondeful house!

  This was a fantastic home for our family vacation. The home has all the features you could want and is so close to some of the best beaches in Kauai that you couldn't ask for a better location. Our family group totaled 9 and the four large bedrooms and three baths were perfect. The only bad part was having to leave. Can't wait to come back.

  This house was amazing! Just perfect for 2 families. We had 8 people there and more than enough room. Beautiful home that is fully equipped and then some. Very clean and lots of extras. We have been to Kauai 5 times and this by far is the best house we have stayed in. We will stay again if we travel with others next time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Kauai is paradise!

  My two daughters, 3 grandchildren and I spent a perfect week in this wonderful home. Everything we could possibly need during our week was provided. There was a good supply of beach toys, towels, snorkle gear, ice chest The kitchen and pantry were stocked with appliances, dishes, everything you could ask for. The photos on this sight are great but you must see this house to realize the size and beauty of it. I hope to return to Kauai and have this home for my stay. The North Shore is awesome! Hanalei Bay is truly heaven on earth! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

  We brought 8 adults to this home in June 2011, and it was fantastic. They're not kidding when they say it sleeps 10. It easily sleeps 10, and that's without using any sleeper sofas or anything. The layout of the house was superb. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, so it's perfect for everyone to be "doing their own thing" but still able to communicate. We used the hot tub everyday, it was a great way to end the day! The only complaint might be that the hot tub only seats 6, so if you bring more people than that, not everyone could hang out in there together. Overall, wonderful house, and the owners were easy to deal with and honest. Highly recommend! I just wish we could have stayed longer!

  We loved staying at this home, had everything we would ever need while on Kauai. We had 3 generations gathered for our 25th Wedding Anniversary celebration with 2 flying in from Japan and the rest from the states. The layout was perfect, exactly what we needed for all to be comfortable. The kitchen was a huge hit, being able to cook fresh fish dinners and hanging out drinking coffee in the morning and talking - perfect! The jacuzzi was great to have after full days of snorkeling and horseback riding. After all the family members left we stayed for a few extra days but went to a local hotel, we missed the house temendously!!!

  We stayed at the Welsh' home for a week in Sept. 2010. A very memorable vacation with my daughter, her husband and 6 boys ages 7 to 14. We really loved the layout of the inside main floor, being all open from the kitchen to the family TV room, we could keep an eye on the boys at all time. The outside lanai with the outdoor shower and hot tub was a great gathering place in the morning with coffee waiting for everyone to get ready for the day and in the evening with a glass of wine "talking story" and winding down from the day. The convenience of a close grocery store was handy and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week. The washer and dryer was especially great, not having to go find a laundry mat. The residential community is quiet and we felt very safe walking around the area. The beach was a nice walk and the mountain scenery was beautiful. The nice thing about not being right on the beach with children was not having to worry about where they were all the time, so the parents and grandparents could relax. This was an awsome vacation and a great place for 3 generations to spend time together.
