The second floor's stadium design overlooks the dining hall and includes two well appointed bedrooms, a second oceanfront sitting room with an ocean view balcony, an oceanfront master bedroom with spectacular views, as well as an oceanfront spa style luxury bathroom with vanity, massive walk-in shower, and an oceanside bubble jet Jacuzzi. I had a small, intimiate wedding in this home. I cannot begin to describe how perfect it was! Simply amazing. Each room is beautiful and unique, the views are amazing, the open floor plan incredible, and the roof top deck was the icing on the wedding cake! I recommend it 1000 times over!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway.

My sister and brother-in-law rented this house for their re-wedding this past weekend for the immediate family to stay in. I have to admit that I was in complete awe when I walked into the great room! I fell in love with this house and did not want to leave! The whole house was beautifully decorated with each bedroom with its own theme! My husband, 8 month old daughter and I were in the room to the above left of the kitchen and it suited us perfectly! And our bed was so comfortable, too! My only complaint.....this house is too far away! Why can't it be in Houston, TX? Will recommend this house to EVERYONE! We would love to stay here again!

We stayed in this home with three families. The house is so spacious and decorated beautifully. Every detail has been thought of on every level of this amazing oceanfront home. The main level is huge with a cook's kitchen and a comfortable media area that's wonderful for watching a movie WOW great surround sound! Every outdoor porch has speakers so you will never be away from your favorite tunes. Each bedroom is decorated beautifully and the attention to detail is great. The top level tiki bar area is a blast. Along with the pool table the gameroom has a skee ball table and TV too so you won't miss a game. Sitting up on the rooftop in the evening was so relaxing and the views are wonderful of the Folly Beach pier. We will be coming back next year and staying in the "Pink Flamingo" again!

We hosted families from as far as Maryland, Texas, & Atlanta here in this house during our stay! It was the most comfortable, spacious and beautiful home ever to have stayed in. We didn't even hardly notice how many people were actually all there because of the openess of it.. We slept the maximum,too. We highly recommend this home to everyone! The pictures still don't show the beauty and detail of the rooms, etc. And to top everything off, the owner exceeds above and beyond in the care of this house! & with his tenants. It is immaculate and beautifully decorated. He and his wife are fantastic - just like there rental home. We are thankful to have grown in our friendships with them.
