It was below zero February 1986 and I boarded a Peoples Express plane in Columbus OH and headed towards the warmer climate of Southern AZ. I love the active outdoors lifestyle & chose to relocate to AZ. Our furnished condo provides an opportunity to share warmth & hospitality for others seeking to do the same! We've upgraded, updated & enhanced the condo over the years. Many tenants, after enjoying their stay in Green Valley decide to purchase a vacation home or decide to move here on a permanent basis. By offering a deeply discounted off season rent, potential home buyers can experience all the Arizona seasons & lifestyle. When available, Jay's mom stays here while visiting - she enjoys walking in the sidewalk neighborhoods, watching birds in established trees and the peace & quiet offered in our active adult retirement community.
