Best of the best! One of the nicest 2BR units in the BEST condo development on Navarre Beach. Directly on the beach. Navarre Beach is away from the crowds, but is just a short drive to Destin/Ft. Walton to the east, and Pensacola Beach to the west. Highly desirable 7th floor location is high enough to enjoy the breathtaking views, but low enough to hear the waves, and avoid long elevator rides. This unit is perfect for families, or for friends vacationing together. The master suite has a king-size bed and a jacuzzi. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and one set of adult-sized top quality bunk beds, which are suitable for both adults and children. Both bedrooms have their own TV. The living room has a TV, VCR, DVD player and a stereo. The decor in this unit is nothing short of wonderful. Views from your private balcony offer amazing sights and sounds from the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will be amazed by the views of the sunrise and sunset over the Gulf.
You can take a stroll down the beach, swim or fish in the surf, or rent a bike and take a tour of the island. Kayak and jet ski rentals are also available. Navarre Beach is located on Santa Rosa Island, one of the barrier islands in the Gulf Islands National Seashore, which is part of the U.S. National Park Service. The National Seashore begins less than 3 miles down the beach, and is approximately 18 miles of natural, undeveloped seashore.
The Pearl has geo-thermal pools which are essentially heated year-round.
Please be aware that the Pearl is now a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed in the condo or the balcony. There is a designated area outside of the Pearl for smoking.

We haven't even left yet, but while it's fresh on my mind and before I head back to Mississippi to school, work, routines, schedules, I wanted to take a minute to let the world know what a HUGE slice of heaven this condo and Navarre Beach are!!! I'll admit that we've always been Fort Walton/Desting vacationers but decided to try something different this year but still closeby. Boy, am I glad we did!! This condo is perfection. My husband and I both said that if we could own a condo and have someone decorate it for us, it would be EXACTLY like this one in this EXACT location. The decor is pristine and clean and was MORE than adequate space for the SIX of us. My four daughters LOVED their 'suite' of the queen bed and set of bunks. My husband and I loved the spacious Master Bedroom and bath. Even the girls begged us nightly to use our jacuzzi tub!!! The view from our balcony every minute of the day was absolutely breathtaking of the sugary white sands and the crystal clear water. I had to take quite a few pictures daily of the clear water to send back to my friends at home so they could believe what I was describing! Now I have quite a few friends who want to come here for THEIR next vacation! We have had such a great time and do not want to leave tomorrow.....but I PROMISE you....WE WILL BE BACK. We now have a new vacation spot and I WILL go ahead and make reservations for next summer. And the staff here at JME are the BEST! Julie will take care of you and make sure you have everything you need with a huge smile on her face and no questions asked! Thank you for a vacation we'll NEVER forget.
