This condo is absolutely exquisite. Casually elegant, wonderful light, spacious and very comfortable. It is an upstairs end unit and the views are fabulous. There is a wrap around porch (ceiling fans, screens, French doors) .... You can see directly out to the ocean and also north towards Jacksonville Beach and south towards St. Augustine. I remember spending quite some time reading and/or working in a distinctively appealing wicker backed upholstered chaise longue on said porch. Free wifi with strong connection. I especially loved the master bedroom... and took note of the bed manufacturer :-). Fine linens/pillows etc. added to the appeal. This was my second visit to the area for medical reasons. The owners were (again) fabulous and enormously helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a close friend or relative. Everything was perfect. International luxury hotel standard perfect.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

($3000/month) March/Sept.-Dec.= $1400/week ($3500/month) April-August = $1600/week ($4200/month) Add $200 for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Gator Bowl,TPC Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day weeks. $300/night with 3 night minimum (only available October - March) Add $125 cleaning fee and 10% Florida tax.
