The quiet apartment has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a private master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom an adjacent bathroom. Land line phones (3) are in apartment but would need to be activated and paid by renter; there is also broadband high speed internet cable ready but needs to be set up and paid by renter.

The newly renovated modern kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with everything you'd want to make your stay comfortable.

While smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, there is a small balcony accessed from the master bedroom and living room and you may smoke outside - but please do not discard anything off the balcony.

You will be centrally located with access to buses and subways and can walk to many landmarks such as the Intrepid Museum and Empire State building, the theatre district, Circle Line cruises and Big Apple bus tours. You are just minutes away from where the ball drops on New Year's Eve. The MTA 42nd Street bus stops at 42nd and 10th and there is walking access to Port Authority and subways (7,S,1,2,3,A,C,E lines).
