We arrived to a really clean and tidy condo! The view was great, the beds were comfortable. Since it was late September, we turned off the air and had the ocean breeze which was wonderful. The beach was very clean, not crowded. The pools were also very clean and not crowded. My 8 year old grandson had a big time! We walked the beach, swam, rented a jet ski, very relaxing. i really appreciated not being in the middle of a lot of loud party types, but I am in my 50s so that is not too much of a draw for me. If you have kids, there is an awesome kid cruise on the Sea Dragon which is a pirate ship 5 minutes away. The kids are entertained non-stop and the crew really likes kids, it was fun for me too. There is an upper deck with benches where the adults can chill out and enjoy the breeze! I would definitely recommend this property, it was very functional and clean, the owner's were nice and helpful, parking was in a secure gated parking lot with an attendant, the elevators were quick to show up and the neighbors were quiet and nice.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

we had a great time at your condo, it made us feel right at home with a great view of the ocean. the kitchen had all the thing we needed.the beds sleeped very well. it was very comfortable. the seaweed keep us out of the ocean but we saw some great sunset and very pretty moon shining . the owners was very helpful. our best place to eat was the capt. table great food and service. thank so much.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

This condo is outstanding and we had the best time on Panama City Beach! This condo is exceptionally well-equipped for a rental property. Everything we needed (pots/pans/dishes/utensils) to prepare full meals was included in the well-appointed kitchen. That was a very pleasant surprise. I would totally recommend this condo for your visit to Panama City Beach!

My and 3 buddies headed down for a late summer fishing trip and just to relax for a long weekend. The condo was very well furnished and very clean. Had a very slight problem w/ checkin but that was just due to Barney Fife at the front gate. The owners were very friendly and the location of this condo is awesome. Hope to stay with them again this summer.
