Owner Description

Year Purchased: 2008

Active American Legion Honor Guard. Worked in Kellogg/Kingston Idaho area in early 60's for U.S. Forest Service. 10 Years active duty as U.S. Navy Pilot, Owned and operated flying business in Kearney Nebraska for 15 years. Flight Inspector for FAA for 21 years. Build houses as hobby. Reside with my wife, horse, dog, cats on 80 acre farm in Holdrege, Nebraska where we also operate an aerial spraying business.

Mountain views, close to skiing, snow mobile, hiking, fishing, siteseeing, etc. Close to several active mines including tours of old Gold and Silver mine.

The Unique Benefits of this House

Walk across street to Gondola for skiing. Walk out my front door onto 72 mile trail of the CoeurD'Alene hiking/biking trail. Great views.
