A 5-minute walk to ski lifts or Main Street, this large 'nestled in the pines' condo is over 1500 square feet spread out over 3 floors, and has amazing views. It is decorated in an updated mountain lodge style with premium touches including slate tile, granite countertops, and log furniture.
The living room and dining room are spacious, with floor to ceiling windows showing off the grand views of the pines and Peak 7, 8, and 9. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Enjoy your meals at the large farm-style kitchen table which comfortably seats 8-10 people. The living room has recently been upgraded with a high definition TV, comfy leather couches, and an oversized La-Z-Boy Recliner with room for 2. We are stocked with DVD movies and board games for the entire family. This is the ideal room to relax after a long day of skiing and sightseeing.
This condo has two main bedrooms plus a loft and can sleep up to 10 people! This unit is ideal for two couples, two families, or a large family, with plenty of room to spread out. The two main bedrooms are on the lower level and both have new HDTVs. One is furnished with a king sized bed while the other has a beautiful log queen bed and log furnishings. The master bedroom has its own fireplace. Both of these bedrooms have excellent views of the pines. These bedrooms share a large travertine tiled bathroom with a large 6-person steam shower. The condo also has a loft off of the main floor which includes 2 cozy twin beds and a queen bed in addition to a separate full bath. This area is excellent for kids or teens and has a great feel. All bedrooms have TVs. The living room also has a new fold-out couch that can sleep two.
The location of this condo is ideal. Park your car and leave it for your stay as everything is within walking distance whether it be Winter or Summer. The unit is a quick 5-minute walk to the high-speed Quicksilver chairlift at the base of Peak 9. This lift services the main part of the mountain for easy access to beginner, intermediate, and expert trails. With close proximity to the base, you can also easily return home for a bite of lunch and head back on the slopes for the afternoon. Main Street is equally close and offers fine dining, shopping, and many other year-round activities.
Finally, enjoy the fresh mountain air and clear sunshine at the pool and four hot tubs (two indoor, two outdoor) which are located right next to the condo. You can enjoy a well-deserved soak after a day of skiing, riding, hiking, or biking ! **Please note, the pool complex is closed during off season from Labor Day to November Breckenridge opening day and Breckenridge Closing day though the Friday of Memorial Day weekend.

About the owner: We are proud owners of this two bedroom plus loft unit in Inner Circle. We have spent much of our childhood as well as adult years in Breckenridge and look forward to using our expertise to plan your vacation ! As you can see from the map below, we are located near the base of Peak 9 which offers quick walking access to lifts and Main Street. We are also right next to the Columbine Pool at Hot Tubs. In Summer, hiking and biking are right out your door.
