  We had a magic time and your condo certainly added a great deal to the fun and comfort that we all had.  A typical day included a good breakfast, navigating to the slopes, back for grilled cheese sandwiches in the condo, back to the slopes for an afternoon of skiing, then "home" to boots off, a soak in the hot tub and the kids hitting the pool (brrr!), then dinner at "home" in our jammies, games in the evening and then bed!  We were ready for that.  So, all in all, it was wonderful and we thank you.  You must enjoy Breckenridge and your lovely home there so much and we certainly enjoyed our time there.

Good Morning, Kristin. Since I got home Sun. night, I have been buried in papers doing my taxes so I have been negligent in letting you know how much my family enjoyed your beautiful condo last week. The location of this condo couldn't be better. Our family of four really enjoyed our lazy mornings in the house, short walks into town, and then afternoons at the poolside, which was literally in back of the condo. The family room and kitchen were intimate and had everything we needed. And we really appreciated how helpful and kind the owners were as we were preparing for our trip. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Option For Your Time in Breckenridge

Our family of four had plenty of space for our summer stay in this condo. We could have easily had another 4 people with us. The unit was very clean, well organized, fabulously updated, and easily accessible. The unit has a nice view of the peaks and overlooks the pool. The owners were very pleasant to deal with. If you are looking for a condo, you really can't go wrong with this one.

While looking to take my husband away for his 50th birthday, I stumbled across this condominium on VRBO. It fit everything I was looking for. It is convenient to both town and the slopes. A little bit of a walk, but nothing that kept us from looking for alternate transportation. The condominium is very well kept. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans if you wish to cook in. The beds are comfortable, with the bedding soft and cozy. The Great Room furniture is very comfy, with plenty of seating. The steam shower is a nice way to relax after skiing. I recommend this condominium highly. The owners were also very nice and quite helpful with restaurant selection and "things to do". If we are lucky enough to get back to Breckenridge, we would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! It is a joy to stay at a condo and have: 1. Good quality pots and pans-large enough to feed the family 2. Decent knives 3. Enough wine glasses for the adults 4. Comfortable beds and nice towels 5. The little things-like salt & pepper, spices, coffee filters and ice The owners were extremely easy to work with and helpful. The location was excellent-just a short walk to the lifts (we loved walking in our regular boots and using the $2 lockers at the base of the Quicksilver lift). There are rental options and ski school close by. And seriously, Main Street is just a short walk. We never used our car. The condo is clean, well maintained, confortable and we would definately stay there again.

Lots of Room for Families - Great Layout and Location!

This condo is not only clean and close to the lifts (definitely walking distance) but it has a great layout for families! We had 2 adults and 6 teens in our group and there was Plenty of room. Inner Circle is an older property but is well maintained and built much better than many of the newer properties, which translated to a very quiet experience even with a group of teenage boys! The beds are very comfy, the steam shower was a huge bonus and the unit is nicely decorated. Almost all of the reviews mentioned how very pleasant and helpful the owners are and that is not an exageration. Renting from them was like renting from friends and we will definitely be back. This VRBO rental is a keeper!

Owner response:It was great having you at our condo! Just to let you know, the exterior of our building has been renovated this summer and will be "brand new" for the 2010-2011 ski season! So we get to keep the solid internal QUIET structure but have a nice exterior as well. Hope to have you and your family back soon and thanks so much for the nice review.

We LOVED our stay at this upscale condo! The furniture and beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of quality pots, pans, cookware and dinnerware and the condo had great light and ventilation. The year-round pool/spas were a quick walk away, and all the amenities Breck has to offer were either a within very easy walking distance (even skiing!) or via a very convenient bus. The steam shower was HEAVEN after a long day of winter play. Our sons enjoyed the "Kid Cave" and slept like logs. We all appreciated the humidifiers in every bedroom, the quality sheets and bedding and the thick cotton towels. This condo feels like a loved home - it is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is stocked pretty well with spices and utensils -- you don't want to leave to eat at restaurants! The stove/oven worked great to feed us 3x/day - and we usually eat out. All 7 of us were in the living area every evening and were all comfortable. It was quiet, private and restful. We will be coming back! P.S. - The owners were so helpful, too!

What a beautiful condo! Very spacious and comfortable! Included all the amenities needed for a relaxing weekend. Must check out the steam shower! Easy walk to the hot tubs and the slopes and right near beautiful downtown Breck! We'll be back!

We stayed in this condo over Christmas 2009 and it is absolutely wonderful! The condo is beautifully furnished with leather couches, custom beds, and other nice touches, all of it having a Western feel. In addition to a very well-stocked kitchen, the condo also has a great movie library (DVDs), plenty of family games, and sleds, all of which we enjoyed thoroughly over Christmas. On top of all this, the steam shower is the best after a long day outside. The condo is in a great location, with a very short walk (less than 5 minutes) to town and the Village area ski lift. Best of all, the owners (Kristin and Bryan) were extremely helpful in answering our every question and recommending things to do while in Breck. We hope to get back to Breck often and will definitely look to rent this condo again.

A most wonderful condominium within quick & easy walking distance of town and the Quicksilver lift... and not much farther to the Beaver Run Super Chair(also a simple walk). The condo was very clean and very comfortable for our 6 people - plenty of sleeping space, cooking space, gathering space & space to relax and have privacy. Prepare to be impressed by the quality of the condo, its location, and its owners.

Great location for this luxurious, well-decorated and nicely furnished condo with three floors for our family to spread out and relax. Our late summer stay here was just what we wanted. The condo overlooks the pool and is just a short walk to main street. Excellent amenities with a huge steam shower. Kristin (owner) was very helpful and pleasant. 4 thumbs up from our family of 4!

I would like to thank the Gwyn family for allowing us the use of their beautiful condo. What a warm and comfortable home! My wife went on and on about the comfort of our king-size bed. It was also conveniently located to the Columbine pool complex and just a short walk to all of the Main Street shops. Overall, it made for an excellent stay!

THIS CONDO IS SO FANTASTIC. WE HAD A GREAT WEEK WITH OUR FAMILY. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND PERFECT FOR THE KIDS. OUR 3 GRANDSONS LOVED THE LOFT. THE TWO OTHER BEDROOMS WERE VERY COZY FOR THE ADULTS. WE STAYED IN AND COOKED EVERY NITE BUT ONE AND RELAXED AFTER ALL OUR SKIING.

We just got back from Breck and had a GREAT time! The condo was beautiful and comfortable (we all especially enjoyed the steam shower), the skiing was fun and the weather was terrific (we especially enjoyed the snow Saturday). We celebrated my son's 21st birthday at the Whales Tale and a good time was had by all! Thank your so much for making your condo available. We all look forward to coming back!

We had a lovely stay in Breckenridge. The condo was very comfortable (the shower was amazing!), had beautiful views, and the location couldn't have been better. It was a real plus to have a bathroom upstairs in the loft. The unit was just a short walk to the shuttle, the Peak 9 lift, and the town. We'd definitely stay there again.

Amazing condo! Lovely views! Wonderful location! We had a great week at this gorgeous home. Quick walk to the lifts and mountains full of fresh powder everyday. Warm fireplaces in a large but cozy setting! The steam shower was a gem! Look forward to staying here again!
