Completed in 2008 this home is very comfortable and tastefully decorated with granite counter tops, travertine floors and an open floor plan which makes you want to come back.
The upper level master bedroom comes with a private balcony that has amazing views of the sea, king size bed, full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a plasma TV and a DVD player.
The lower master bedroom comes with a beautiful view of the sea, two full beds and a full private bathroom. For extra sleeping arrangements a queen air mattress and twin size heavy floor mats are available. The living room has satellite and a 50 inch Plasma TV with a DVD/CD player.
Sit in the gazebo, take in the views of the Sea of Cortez, enjoy the patio and set your troubles aside for a while. A full kitchen allows the chef in you to surface. If you desire to let someone else serve you, there are 3 restaurants within walking distance right on location at El Dorado Ranch.
There are numerous activities to enjoy like playing golf on the La Ventana championship 18-hole course, enjoying a game of tennis, swimming in the pool or renting quads, these activities are in walking distance on the ranch. Windsurfing or taking a ride on a motorized hang-glider along the seashore and hills is a beautiful experience and a variety fun water sports are also available.
The property is a few miles from the Malecon where you can enjoy the restaurants and shops that sit next to the sea of Cortez and a two hour drive from the US border. Here, you can enjoy the company of friends, or just enjoy the company of that special someone. Your choice!
