GET OUT OF THE HEAT THIS SUMMER AND RENT OUR HOME IN "COOL" LA jOLLA FOR THE MONTH OF JULY!
Since we are traveling over the summer, we have decided to rent our family home. Located in the Bird Rock section of LaJolla, our home is 4 blocks from the beach. We are only one mile from the world famous Windansea Beach. Within two blocks, and easy
walking distance, are 17 casual and fine dining restaurants along with wonderful retail stores. The annual 4th of July Parade in Bird Rock is only one of the many family activities in this neighborhood.
Our home is centrally located and a short 20 minutes from the airport and downtown San Diego and close to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and major shopping malls. Balboa Park, and Old Town San Diego with its rich cultural history are only 20 minutes away. Wild Animal Park and Legoland are a short drive as well as Coronado Island.
Our 2500 sq ft. home is two levels with a massive master bedroom suite upstairs with a private deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The spacious master bathroom has a shower and a large jacuzzi tub and also has an ocean view. There are two bedrooms
and two bathrooms downstairs. The living room and dining room are formal but
cozy. The family room, between the kitchen and the backyard deck/patio, is light and airy and feels very tranquil with its coastal atmosphere and comfortable furnishings. There are sliding glass doors that open directly out to the deck/patio which
overlooks the back yard and designed for outdoor living and dining. Both the downstairs and upstairs sliding doors permits you to enjoy the cool ocean breeze and watch the amazing sunsets over the Pacific Ocean from the upstairs balcony.
Our home was professionally decorated and is filled with comfortable traditional furniture and fine antiques. Please note - this is not your typical rental. It is a lovely, well appointed home with great amenities, nice neighbors and excellent security. Our home is upscale, squeaky clean and neat. We are soliciting a mature couple (or two couples) or a young couple with one to two small children. No smoking or pets are permitted.
We are anxious to rent the month of July or August and may entertain other dates throughout the year. Just give us a call to discuss. We prefer payment by check, wire transfer or cash.

Hi,
We are the Cockrell family and we love living in Bird Rock. I have a brother that lives in Ireland so we have decided to visit him from mid July to Mid August. We thought we would rent our home out while we are away. This is an amazing neighborhood. Come visit our beautiful neighborhood!
