Noe Valley has some of the best weather in San Francisco. It has a great mixture of residences and businesses, so while it is very walkable, you don't feel like it is over-crowded. It has easy access to freeways 101 and 280, which makes it very convenient to the rest of the Bay Area.

The Unique Benefits at this Victorian Condominium

This building is a classic San Francisco Edwardian that has been renovated with the intent of keeping much of its original charm. It is the top unit, so you get nice views and light flooding in from its southern exposure. The J-Church stop is less than a block away, which makes it easy to get downtown.

    • We had quite a nice stay in your flat while visiting our sisters in early November. The location was perfect; close to family and a short walk to 24th St., the farmers market, Martha's for coffee and several great restaurants. We found the decor tasteful and uncluttered, the period details charming and the beds very comfortable. Many thanks!

    • We stayed in SF for a weekend to visit family and could not have asked for better location than the condo on 27th St. The condo was surprisingly spacious and very nicely appointed. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds, nice linens, and enough hall space beteween them that two couples could have plenty of privacy. The bathroom(s) are quaint with period details and we enjoyed the separate WC as we prepared to go out. The kitchen is modest in size, but had all the essentials to prepare meals along with many culinary tools we didn't expect to find. The dining and living rooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable. Although we were too busy to stay in the condo much, the huge TV and internet access would be a boon for longer stays. Parking was on the street though not hard to find close to the house. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, even when returning late at night. In addition to the very nice accommodations in a period San Fran house, we took advantage of the location in Noe Valley to visit the Saturday Farmers Market and shops along 24th Street. The bus and city train were just a block away and easy to navigate. On our next trip south we will definitely check availability here before we look elsewhere.
