Fantastic home. Wonderful Location. Our home is located on the quietest part of Western Lake Drive in the WaterColor community.
Just 2 minutes on bike from the Beach Club pool, Gulf of Mexico, and the Bait House restaurant and pool. Delightful Crimson park is just steps from our back door.
Professionally decorated and extremely inviting, our home comfortably sleeps 10. Perfect for two families. Numerous features include huge kitchen with connecting great room complete with fireplace, huge master bath with jetted tub, two laundry rooms, surround sound, iPod dock and two large screened porches (one with lake views)!
We have a wonderful concierge team that will check you into our home, answer any questions that you may have, and remain available to you throughout your stay should you need help with any services, bike rentals, sporting or entertainment reservations.

This home is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail was superb. Despite a couple of days of marginal weather, we enjoyed just spending time in the home. I will definitely try to stay here again in the future and recommend the home without reservation.

This home is not only in immaculate condition, it is warm , comfortable, convenient, and perfect for any family! I will definitely stay here again. The house is well maintained and all furnishings and linens are superb.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. We've visited Watercolor for years and this is our family's favorite. It is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The location is fantastic-just minutes from the Beach Club. The open downstairs layout allows for hours of family gathering and enjoyment. Don't change a thing! We plan to return time and time again!
