This condominium is located in the Kona Magic Sands complex on Alii Drive. The ocean is 30 feet from the lanai (patio). That's right! We measured it just to be sure... The sound of the waves at your door will lull you to sleep.
The condo is decorator-furnished with full wall mirrors on interior walls which reflect the ocean view and make you feel as if you are surrounded by water.
The complex itself is situated between Magic Sands Beach and Pahoehoe Beach Park. We've spent the day snorkeling next door at Magic Sands and have seen up to five sea turtles on one outing.
In addition, Jameson's Restaurant, a treat for the gourmet, is actually located within the complex at its south end. Don't miss strolling out to the pool area where you can watch over the sea wall as they feed the eels in the afternoon (be sure you get your snorkeling in first!!).
