This home is near the small beach village of Coco and Hermosa which offers lots of shopping, a new grocery store, and plenty of restaurants. It is 25 minutes from the Liberia International Airport.

Another outdoor living area has a cascading waterfall and bar-b-que area. Perfect for relaxing.
The living and dining areas have 24' tall ceilings and the room completely opens to the outside (sliding doors disappear into the walls) where in Costa Rica you can live both in and outdoors in comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless appliances and granite. Casa de la Cascada offers 4 bedrooms with Pacific Ocean views, and 2 bedrooms with mountain and valley views. All bedrooms provide the ultimate privacy with separate bathrooms of the finest of Costa Rican woodwork, granite, and tile.
Our management and staff will be available 24 hours a day to facilitate your stay in any way. Maid services include room cleaning, laundry services, and we also handle coordination/transportation for any tours.

Why the Owner Chose Playa del Coco
We have always enjoyed Costa Rica and we built this house from the ground up. Although it was a two year process, we spent alot of time and effort to bring the comforts/luxury of an American home to Costa Rica. A lot of the tile and fixures are not availalbe in Costa Rica and many items had to be shipped in.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Since the house is on the mountain side, the views of the Pacific and volcano are breathtaking. It's great to sit outside and watch/listen to the howler monkeys and watch the various birds or occasional mapache.

We have had a wonderful time here in Costa Rica and the accommodations have been absolutely fantastic. The view is even more breathtaking than we imagined and the home is gorgeous! Everyone has had the time of their lives, and none of us will ever forget the experience!

Where do we begin? Our experience here in Costa Rica was beyond compare. As seasoned travelers, this we can assure you; our stay in this beautiful villa and visits to so many sights were second to none. Our week began with a jaunt to Palo Verde, a boat trip down the Tempisque, watching the monkeys, beautiful birds and feeding the crocodile; big scary crocodiles. Next was Monteverde, a most stunning walk through the cloud forest over the suspension bridges seeing the plant and animal life. The hummingbird area had huge feeders and a myriad of birds of every color and size. Tucked away in the town of Santa Elena was the Orchid Garden. What a treat seeing the smallest (tiny, tiny) orchid in the world! Playa del Coco was a unique town with great shopping and food. I recommend a drive around the area, you never know what you might see. Kojak, our tour guide and driver was indispensable, his knowledge and sense of humor unsurpassed. Ana and Ping take care of the villa and beautiful grounds and will spoil you terribly. What a treat! We will never forget this trip and hope to return to this beautiful villa one day

Thanks Brad and family for the opportunity to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our kids and grand kids! This home is a magical place...we were outside pretty much all hours except sleeping. Birds, butterflies during the day; lizards, croaking frogs and birds dipping down for a drink from the pool at night, made every moment special. Loved Borinquen horses, zip line, and hot springs, loved scuba, fishing (all 3 guys caught sailfish when the skipper said you don't catch sailfish at a full moon!), and every morsel of food Soccono cooked-she is a dear soul. McKenzie too was a blessing to us along with Ana, Ping, and Mariela. The rain made for some gorgeous sunsets too! Pura Vida!

We have had an incredible vacation at Casa de la Cascada! We are so sad to have had to leave. The house is beautiful beyond belief, and the staff made our vacation truly relaxing and enjoyable and it will be missed! We were very impressed with Ana and Ping. Ping made us feel very safe during our time here. And Mariela made sure that we truly had an adventurous vacation in Costa Rica. We highly recommend the combo tour zipline, horseback riding, and hot springs. Offshore/deepsea fishing was a fantastic experience as well. If you need a five minute exercise that will really exhaust you, just run up the driveway!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

We had a most memorable holiday here at your beautiful, picturesque villa. Each day was a new adventure...ziplining (2X), horseback riding, tubing on crazy rapids, croc hunting, banana boat crusing, snorkeling and the rays and walking the many beaches. (6 to be exact) Ping is a wonderful and patient man, and we were also thankful for Anna - everday..I was personally spoiled! Christmas Eve and Christmas Day was perfect. We had catered meals 4x's-delicious and fun for 11 people. We ran everydayin the early am and dodged the crazy drivers on the road. Las Olas was our favorite meal out. Highly recommend the surf and turf! Funny that you are from Destin. We have a place in Watersound about 30 minutes from you. Second time in Costa Rica and most memorable. Thank you for all the memories

What a wonderful week-we lived the lives of the rich and famous! Can't say enough about the staff-Socorro was no less than fantastic, and Anna and Ping took care of us beautifully. We loved the mapaches-"Frick and Frack" and looked forward to their nightly visits. We put this trip together for our own special group with the very efficient help of Mariela-highly recommended. The 2 valley-view bedrooms have been nicely refurbished. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home.

Thank you very much! We had a wonderful time visiting Costa Rica. The house was fantastic and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Diego's suggestions of places and resturants were "right on" We enjoyed the great food, especially the meals prepared at the house. Overall, this was a lovely week spent with family and surrounded by the beautiful nature of Costa Rica.
