I live in New York City an am the Managing Director of an executive search firm and have always loved beautiful Belleair Beach. My wife and I purchased another condo there when we were married. This rental is of my own design and I take tremendous pride in keeping it updated and maintained as if I used it myself. I appreciate it when people acknowledge how beautiful it is and ask if they may return. I love to speak to my renters to answere any questions they may have before renting.
Why the Owner Chose Belleair Beach
I believe the beach is one of the most beautiful in the state of Florida and the location of this condo offers the best views of the Gulf of Mexico with breath taking sunsets. This location is also unique as all of the buildings are only 3 stories high and this building is one of the most beautiful maintained on the beach. You are just minutes away from the best restaurants in Florida and the activity of Clearwater Beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Every morning you can have coffee on the balcony and enjoy the sun in your face. You are totally protected from the North wind. While other unit owners are inside because of wind, I am not. Also, you can always enjoy the beautiful sunset while haveing a cocktail. It is Great

We just returned from spending one week at this beautiful condo. It is everything the pictures portray and so much more! It is spacious and very beautifully decorated. We felt like we stepped into a showroom of the Bombay Company. All of the accommodations, from the linens to the beautiful scenery were top notch! This was our fourth trip to Belleair Beach but our first one at this condo. We definitely plan on being return guests!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed your condo. It had absolutely everything to make a great vacation. The furnishings were top notch, and the beds really comfy. It was great being right on the ocean. We didn't actually go to any of the restaurants nearby that you mentioned. We let our daughters take the lead and went to Clearwater, fished on the pier, checked out the fire twirlers on the beach, had dinner and basically people-watched. Also went to Island's of Adventure to see the Harry Potter theme park. That was a lot of fun. We fished in the ocean and caught a couple small shark and a couple other varieties. I think the water was just too hot this time of year to fish. As we swam/floated in the ocean, I was amazed to see dolphin jumping just 30 feet away. The beach was really quiet, as was the pool. We ended up getting a beach umbrella since it was just too hot to sit on the beach without some shade. A beach umbrella, actually, is the only thing I can think of to add to your place. Anyway, thanks so much for renting it to us. We really had a great time.

Yes, we had a wonderful vacation. Your condo is very nice and very well appointed. We had everything we needed and the beach and parking is very convenient. The complex and unit is probably our all time favorite! It is decorated so nicely also. There are so many luxurious touches in the unit. We enjoyed the city and surrounding cities. There was so much to do that I think we are sure to come back soon. Thank you so much, Tricia H

This spot is absolutely as advertised. Beach is wonderful with perfect view of sunset. Condo is spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Lots of shopping nearby and definitely a place we would love to return to. Owner very helpful in answering all questions.

This is the nicest condo and community we have encountered in all the years we have been coming to the St. Pete/Clearwater area (six years). Having both the Gulf of Mexico and the condo pool "in your own back yard" is the best of all worlds. Belleaire Beach has all the advantages of a residential area (quiet, non-commercial, etc.) yet you are close to the things that visitors want to see in the greater area.
