Located at the north end of Anna Maria Island on historic Pine Avenue, Marty’s Place is set amidst tropical landscaping with lovely, sweeping canal views from your living room window and balcony and views of Tampa Bay and City Pier from your bedrooms. This 2 bedroom/1 bath unit is decorated in happy island colors, well-equipped, and very comfortable.

Your day begins with the sunrise over the bay, just out your bedroom window and sunset falls over the canal. A boat dock is provided with this condo – perfect for fishing, sunning, and watching schools of fish, manatee, and the occasional dolphin drift past.

Marty’s Place is within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, the trolley stop, City Pier and the Gulf beaches. In addition to standard amenities, the condo is equipped with fishing gear, beach equipment, coolers and grill. Washers and dryers are provided within a separate laundry room within the complex.

Anna Maria is noted for its relaxed way of life – bicycling, kayaking, walking, fishing, shelling and combing the Gulf shores. The Community Center, offering many classes, tennis and fitness, the Historical Museum, Studio at Gulf and Pine and the Island Players Theatre are within easy walking distance. Busch Gardens Tampa is an hours drive and Disney and Universal Studios are just a couple hours.

  • Wir verbrachten im April 2009 unseren Urlaub in Marty's Place. Das Condo ist mit allem für einen Urlaub nötigen Comfort incl. Strandutensilien ausge-stattet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Strände und der Pier sind nur in kurzer Entfernung von der Wohnung, sodass man alles zu Fuss erreichen oder den kostenlosen Trolley-Bus nutzen kann. Zu empfehlen ist der traumhafte Strand an der Spitze des Islands. Klares Wasser, menschenleer und ein wunderbarer Überblick auf Golf und Bay.

The dock was great for fishing and for just relaxing on. The location was perfect--close to shops, restaurants, the beach, bike rentals, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

  • We were delighted with our stay at Marty's Place. It is quiet and tranquil, yet you are close to the center of activity on Anna Maria Island. Also, the condo is very well equipped. We like to cook for ourselves and found nothing lacking in the kitchen. Also the front closet has chairs and rods and reels for outside activities. While we didn't use them, we were impressed that they were available. These are usually locked up in the owner's closet. We would return in a heartbeat.

  • What a fabulous place. We stayed at "Marty's Place" for two weeks as a treat for our wedding anniversary. The condo is lovely, very clean, quiet and in a fantastic location. The Sandbar Restaurant where we had our wedding reception is just a short stroll down Pine Avenue. Thank you for such a pleasant time. We are looking already forward to our next stay. Manda & Rich

  • I stayed at Marty's place for a week in January 2009 with my husband, our (almost) 3-year-old son and my mother. We loved it and will definitely consider a return trip next year. The location is great and most amenities (beach, park, stores, restaurants) are within walking distance. The free shuttle is a stone's throw away. Wireless access allowed us to do some last-minute research before choosing restaurants, etc. Very clean, and included some bonus provisions such as fishing rods and beach towels so that we could pack a bit lighter. We have been back for a week now and our son is still talking about "our Florida house".
