Peninsula is a brand new condo that provides all the luxury, state of the art ammenities and designs that even a high end hotel can't compare with. Peninsula shopping center is an upscale shopping mall that is located right in the front of our condo with variety of restaurants, shops, banks, a night club, and a casino, etc.
Our homes is 3,300 sq ft, located at the 6 floor on the front tower (about 8th floor because there were 2 floors underneath for lobby,gym, theater and spa). The most pride for our home is the magnificent view you can see from our living room. We're in the corner of the building and there's a river between us and Grand Venetian; therefore, our view is the least blocked from other buildings. From here you can see the most views of the beach and Banderas Bay.
Centrally located on hotel zone. Nearby PVR airport, downtown, restaurants, and supermarket. Marina golf course, boat charters, deep sea fishing are also close by.
TWO KING SIZE beds, TWO QUEEN SIZE beds, and ONE FULL SIZE bed. Luxury linens and Serta pillow top mattresses provided. Most of our rooms has view of either mountains, citylight or river.
