Welcome to our spacious and bright end unit Condo in lovely Cherry Grove. This is our second home and we treat it with care. You will enjoy a professionally decorated unit that has four bedrooms and three bathrooms with views of the beach or the marsh from every room.
The condo features a large oceanfront master suite with a king bed and private bathroom (including a double vanity sink, garden tub and separate shower). The condo also includes a junior-suite with a queen bed and attached private bathroom. In addition, there are two other comfortable guestrooms that share a “jack and jill bathroom,” one with a queen bed, and the other that conveniently contains two twin beds. The entire unit is approximately 1800 square feet and also includes a 27 foot balcony outfitted with upgraded, cushioned furniture for those many hours spent outside taking in the stunning view of the ocean and the relaxing sea breeze. There are two sliding doors to access the balcony—one from the living room and one from the master bedroom. You will enjoy the spectacular views of the sunrise and beach from the balcony as well as from the many windows in this corner unit.
The centrally located living room comfortably seats many guests looking to either relax or entertain. With its open access to the kitchen/dining area and its million-dollar views, you will feel both "right at home" yet "on-vacation"! This unit comes with a fully furnished kitchen and a full-sized washer and dryer. There is also a breakfast bar and dining area so you can enjoy meals inside, if you choose not to dine on the balcony. Linens and departure cleaning are included with your rental price along with hi-speed wireless broad band (a fast 7 Mbps download speed). You will also have access to two assigned covered parking spaces in the most convenient location in the building (ground floor next to the elevators).
Sunrise Pointe is located on a peninsula in the quiet Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. The beach is not crowded, yet does have a life guard during peak season. The complex itself is small (only 72 units) but includes a regular pool, lazy river, heated pool and kiddie pool. There is also a convenient area to wash off when returning from the beach or swimming in the pool along with a ground floor restroom. It is the perfect place to feel like you are away from it all while being only a short drive from many of the main attractions and world class golf in the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. We love to visit our second home and believe that you will love it too!

- Linens Provided: All the items you need including bed sheets, pillows and pillow cases, bath and kitchen towels. We also include basic items such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, salt/pepper, sugar, and coffee filters. Two bathrooms include hair dryers.
- Covered Parking: Two parking spots right next to the elevators on the ground floor. Most of the spaces in this complex are located above the ground floor on levels one to three.

- Twin/Single Bed: Fourth bedroom that shares a "jack and jill" bathroom with third bedroom.
- Crib: Portable Pack-n-Play and also high chair included so that you don't have to lug these items around if room in the car is limited.

- Balcony: This is the largest oceanfront balcony in Cherry Grove and includes comfortable padded furniture. There is also a large round table for dining/entertaining and two side tables.
- View/Location
- Beachfront: This is a north corner unit with unobstructed views of the beach both north and south. You will see beautiful sunrises. We are also close to the ocean inlet that feeds the marsh areas behind our condo complex.
- Oceanfront: Incredible views of the beach and ocean. The views are particularly nice at night when the moon is shining on the ocean and the lights are on at the two piers north and south of the complex.
- Communications
- Broadband Internet: This isn't a low end connection. We subscribe to the fastest cable connection available, which offers download speeds of 7 Mbps.
- WiFi (Wireless Internet): Our modem is wireless so you can connect from virtually anywhere including the beach.
- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: Sorry but our condo association does not allow pets.
