In over 40 years of visiting the Myrtle Beach area, I have rented numerous condos up and down the beach. I believe this one has the best views and is the brightest of any. The balcony is very large and is amply furnished with comfortable wicker furniture; a very nice southern touch. It overlooks a beautiful, wide, and relatively uncrowded beach. The unit is spacious, well appointed, stocked with startup neccessities and clean. It is located in a relatively quiet section of town and the condo itself seemed well insulated to undesirable outside noise, making it very conducive to uninterrupted sleep. The listing description is accurate, although the unit actually is probably better than the pictures can show. Very nice. The owners are organized, provided prompt, useful information, and were very responsive to a minor issue that arose. The security deposit was returned to me within a week of my departure. In my experience this is lightning fast. This was a great vacation experience for my family of eight. I would definitely stay here again and, without hesitation, recommend it to others.

Thanks for a beautiful condo with a wonderful view. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our family and friends enjoyed the trip. The pool area was well maintained and the beach was clean. We were visiting at a busy time, but never felt too crowded on the beach.

We truly enjoyed our stay in your condo at Sunrise Point. It was exactly the way it was shown in the photos. The view from the balcony was wonderful! It was so pleasant to sit out there. The property was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We had 8 adults and two 2 year olds, and we were never in each other's way. We spent everyday at the beach. A few of us played golf, but really were not interested in any other activities. The owners were very helpful and organized! I would definitely recommend this to others. Only one downside (and a minor one) the pool is shaded most of the day. Overall, we all loved it!

Lovely condo, beautifully decorated! We enjoyed the balcony with its view of the ocean. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pools.

Our stay at Sunrise Point was awesome! We could not have asked for anything better! We enjoyed the condo, pools, lazy river, and the closeness to the beach! We enjoyed being close to the inlet as well! How weather was amazing! The beds at the condo slept really well! We will highly recommend this condo to our family and friends!

Our recent stay was delightful! The condo is very nicely furnished, the view is absolutely wonderful and everything we needed was provided to make our visit to Cherry Grove beach one to remember! My personal favorite part of this condo is the wonderful balcony with patio furniture that makes you feel like you are sitting on a southern porch; I had many wonderful naps on this porch! The owners are great to work with and responded quickly to your questions and requests. When we visit this wonderful North Myrtle Beach spot again we will definitely look to stay at this property. It was truely home away from home.

We just arrived home from a week vacation at your gorgeous condo. Your place was tastefully decorated and well supplied. The bed in the master bedroom was exceptionally comfortable. The furniture on the balcony was also comfortable to sit on. We were also pleased that the condo was very very clean and the bathrooms free from mold. We were unable to use the jetted tub in the master, but the owner was nice enough to let us know of the problem before hand. We would definitely recommend this suite to others. Thank you for a comforable stay!

Wonderful Vacation

First off I want to thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us and for making the process so easy! My sister and her 7 year old daughter came with us and they had never seen the ocean. From the moment we walked in the door I knew we had made an excellent choice for their first trip! The place was so clean! The master bed was so comfortable! I loved all the pillows! I was happy to find all the extra blankets in the closet for my teenage daughter who is always "cold" The jets didn't work in the tub but my niece was still excited when I let her take a bath in the "big" tub! If we weren't on the beach(or the lazy river that my niece would never leave!) we were on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view! I got some really great sunrise and sunset pictures from there.My sister kept commenting on how most of the other balconies had plastic furniture and how ours was so nice! The beach was great and never over-crowded. It was so nice not having to run your beach chairs down at the crack of dawn and still being able to find a spot! Definitely a perfect place for family! As for the building it was nice. Of course the elevators were too slow but that's everywhere. I must say, good luck in finding a luggage cart at checkout! I ended up waiting for a woman to unload so I could use it next. While I was waiting another family asked if they could be next after me! I was told by someone that stays every year that people take them on Friday,load up, and let it sit in their room till they are ready to check-out. I didn't think that was cool at all!. Anyways...I'm done writing this "book" Feel free to edit.

My wife and I and our two married children and their children (4,1,1) found the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths of this condo very comfortable for all of us. The furnishings, very comfortable; dining table easily accommodated all of us; kitchen, well supplied for when we cooked and ate in; the balcony, a real delight, large and with comfortable seating and tables. The location of the unit on the11th floor was just steps from the elevator and the parking spaces on the ground floor made it convenient for storing our beach paraphernalia each evening.The owners were great to work with. North Myrtle beach is large and clean. In addition, one evening, I inadvertently left our really nice beach "blanket" on the railing by the showers. I asked the management attendant if there was a lost and found. He took me to his storage room and there it was! He had picked it up and stored it, should whoever forgot it came looking for it. We were delighted with this care for guests belongings!

We recently stayed at the condo and found it to be the perfect place for our family vacation. With young children, the proximity to the beach was key. The condo offered plenty of room, was very clean and the owners provided everything that you needed. I don’t think that you are going to find a better view for the spacious deck. The Owners are great, and very easy to work with. The next time we vacation in Myrtle Beach, we will definitely will be staying at this condo.

We recently stayed at this unit and thoroughly enjoyed it. The unit was just perfect. Everything they promised was accurate, it was very clean and has everything you need for a successful, pleasant visit. The owners were very nice to work with, very responsive and helpful. They provided a booklet with everything you would want to know about the condo as well as the local area. Very well done. We can't find one negative and hope to go back there soon.

We stayed for 8 days from Christmas through the New Year. The condo is beautiful, spacious, well kept and well-equipped! The furniture is comfortable, the beds are heavenly, and they provide every pot, dish and cooking utensil you could possibly need. The view is amazing! With the mirror in the living room and the window in the dining area, you feel like you have a panoramic view of the ocean and intercoastal waterway. The owner was great to work with and I hope we can stay again soon!

The views from the balcony were breathtaking. The owners were extremely accomodating and the condo was decorated beautifully and was very clean. We truly enjoyed everything about this trip to the beach. The water was perfect and the sand is like powdered sugar and great for running. It was a pleasure to be there.

Wow!!!! What a beautiful condo. We stayed 10 days April 2009. Very nice clean beach. Saw dolphins from the balcony. Plenty of room. Beautiful had everything we needed. Dishes,glasses,etc. Owners a pleasure to work with. Prompt replies to emails and phone calls. Super easy rental agreement. We can't say enough about this lovely place.

This place is spectacular! It is a wonderful vacation spot for family and friends. It is so beautiful! You feel as if you are on a yacht as you enter the luxuriously decorated condo and see the ocean waves.
