'Take a vacation from your problems' in this gorgeous unit. It has a KING SIZE bed in the MASTER, and in the second bedroom there are TWO DOUBLE BEDS along with a SLEEPER SOFA in the living room.
With such upgrades as 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, GRANITE countertops and tile floor no wonder it rents quickly. WI FI in the condo!! You even have one underground reserved PARKING SPACE! Spacious Master Bath has separate shower, jetted tub, dual sinks and a built-in makeup area. Mediterranea also has a picturesque swimming pool.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed in this clean, well-kept condo. LIKE NEW! We are presently accepting inquiries for the late SPRING and SUMMER of 2012. We love to have families who will take good care of the unit.....you will LOVE it.
During the summer we have so many RETURNING renters that the schedule fills up quickly. There's a good reason that this condo books well. It's BEAUTIFUL and we take good care of the unit. There are some DISCOUNTS available for couples, and families with 5 or less. We now have WIRELESS INTERNET available in the Unit. We are always looking for people whom we can work with who will take good care of our second home. By the way, September and early October are weather wise some of the BEST times to come.
This third floor Mediterranea unit has beautiful furniture, along with 3 BALCONIES which each have an AWESOME VIEW of the GULF. Not to mention you can see the GULF all throughout the Living Room and Dinning Room. We have a brand NEW REFRIGERATOR and TELEVISION in the Living Room. If you've ever been heading east on the outskirts of Destin along Scenic Gulf 98 you've probably noticed the one resort which stands out from the rest...MEDITERRANEA. Classic elegance and incredible LANDSCAPING define this well kept GATED community.
Mediterranea is one of the most sought after rental properties, since so many of the units are used for 'second homes.' Because of that, you'll find that the resort isn't overrun with guests and overcrowded with renters. Treat yourself to a beautiful view and relaxing vacation at a reasonable price. The condo and Mediterranea were great. Very clean and comfortable facility. Pool was awesome and the beach in front of the condo was very family friendly. The transaction was perfect and the listing is very honest and correct. Underground parking garage was a plus. Unit is within walking distance of a few resturants and shops. My family and I will try this unit again for sure.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Me and my family stayed at this property during Fall Braek 2010 amd you could not ask for any better location and pricing. This unit was one of the best overall properties we have stayed in during our vacation time away from home. The owners of this unit went above and beond all expectations that you could ever imagine. Unit is well maintained and up to date with all the necessaties of home. I would recommend staying in this unit to couples or families it will meet all your needs.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
