Bonita Village is NEW and Exciting! Designed for casual, upscale resort-style living we are located in sunny Bonita Springs on “The Gateway to the Gulf”! You can be enjoying the warm sands of Bonita Beach in less than 180 seconds in our FREE chauffeured Beach Shuttle.
This luxurious 3 bedroom condo offers over 1,958 square feet of GREAT ROOM and lanai living which has been professionally decorated. "Villa Caribe" offers excellent features like porcelain tile floors, a cook’s kitchen, granite counters, a "dry" bar for entertaining, and Plantation Shutters! For your viewing pleasure New Flat Screen TVs are in the Living Room, Master Bedroom and second and third Bedrooms. WIFI is available in the condo and is also available at the Internet Café in our clubhouse, The Island House. While at the Island House be sure to take advantage of the Fitness Center, which is equipped with Cybex and True equipment, a Media Room with 5’ TV, and a Billiards Room.
The Master Bedroom and Bath are dynamic. The Master Bath features a large walk-in shower plus Roman soaking tub and two separate granite vanities! Three additional sleeping areas offer Twin Beds in the Second Guest Suite, a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the Third Bedroom/Den, and a second Queen sized sleeper sofa in the Living Room.
Bonita Village was designed for fantastic vacations! Everyone has a great time at the Luxurious Waterfall Pool and Chickee Bar! Many like to relax while reading a book at the Quiet Pool! One of our favorite days includes taking the Free Beach Shuttle to Bonita Beach and then riding it back to enjoy one of the cool Resort pools.
Bonita Village is centrally located to all the major areas therefore offering something for everyone! In your residence you will find an Activities Book and Map full of fun and interesting things you could fill your schedule for months. If you are a golfer, be sure to ask us about FREE ACCESS TO 35 AREA GOLF COURSES plus discounted green fees until Oct. 31st 2008! Boaters can be at a local marina in 60 seconds, and the Tennis Club is only another 60 seconds down the road. We literally are just seconds away to everything you want.
For a delightful evening out, sample one of the 20 plus specialty restaurants close by. Or, if you enjoy the theater and the arts, you may prefer an evening at the Philharmonic. You can step it up a notch by visiting bustling Fifth Avenue in downtown Naples. If you want outdoor sports and activities you will have your choice of many which are only minutes away. Why the Owner Chose Other Bonita Beach Properties
We have vacationed and owned condominiums in Southwest Florida since 1998. When Bonita Village took reservations for ownership, we were one of the first to sign up so we got a choice location and the best floorplan available!!!
We use our condo for our vacations and rent it out when we are not using it. We LOVE this condo and we feel it is conveniently located to the Beach, Coconut Mall, and all kinds of shopping. We think you will love it too!!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Bonita Village is a unique Resort Condominium. It has one of the most beautiful pools (with a waterfall) that I have ever seen at a Condo Community or Resort Hotel! It also has a Tiki Bar open during season for your convenience that serves food and beverages. The workout Center in the Clubhouse has state of the art equipment PLUS it has its own Bonita Village Shuttle to take you and your family to and from the Beach.

My husband and I are Realtors in Indianapolis, Indiana and we own three condominiums in Southwest Florida. Two of our condos are on Vanderbilt Beach and this condo is a mile away from Bonita Beach. We love all three condos and have enjoyed staying in all of them when we visit Naples and Bonita. I am the one who takes care of renting our condos when we or our children are not staying in them! Our family throughly enjoyed our stay there. There was five of us and it was very comfortable. The villa was very well keep and clean. What was especially nice about this villa is it had a staircase down to the quiet pool which made it very conveinent. We spent time at the beach, watching spring training baseball and relaxing by the pool. Would highly recommend this villa for your vacation.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

There is no better place to enjoy NEW Resort-style living close to the beach! We own other property in the area but Bonita Village is our favorite place to relax and play!
